You’ve gotta suspend your disbelief for the Junon section. When Cloud and the gang are performing IN PERFECT UNISON a highly choreographed routine with soldiers they met 5 minutes ago you know it’s supposed to be light-hearted. All very silly but very very fun
same with cloud's dance in remake lol. FF7R is kind of like a musical. take the story seriously up until they start dancing and singing. then, just have fun with it

Plus, human error is always a thing, and people WILL forget to put the safety on all the time. Hence why there’s safety rules with guns that have nothing to do with the safety function on a gun

The movements most likely came from her experience with her staff and she applied this to the gun. She flips it in gameplay if I remember correctly.

Cloud what you got to do is when you step have the outer side of your foot hit the ground first and then roll the rest of your foot down, this completely silences your footsteps
Imagine if Cloud got a PTSD attack thanks to the joke the girls make pointing at him dressed like troopers. 😂
on side note, you can notice his voice is back to his younger voice during the flashback.

the helmet shadows the face, so chances are, she didnt see the shimmer. also, it could be that she thought he was a soldier third class.
