MAX, Webby, and the National Design Award. Prior to TED she was a data engineer, front-end engineer and user experience designer for many Fortune 500 companies and startups.

This was great...I love the application of design principles. I lead Unconscious Bias work sessions for a large leadership development company and you've shared some powerful, practical examples.
