thats true this note!!!!
I was about 3 min in... Thanks for saving me the other 5.
Indeed
People Like Us Change The World.
For video, i switched to two iPhones mounted on two DJI Mimo 3. Best set up for 90% of videos. No focus hunting, great colors, and most importantly - always in focus! For my more artistic / cinematic videos, I use my FF DSLR. Very happy with the set up !
thank you so much for your video!!! this has helped me already. so great to have videos that teach tips/angels/tricks love it.
Hey Jay Dee I'm always happy to help. Which of my tips helped you the most?
It’s reaally good! You have a great job! More more more
Köszönöm Peter! Anything in particular you‘d like to see in the future?
Great straightforward video introduction to the features. I am looking at picking up an Osmo Mobile 3 next month and will be saving your video to “watch later” folder to get me started. Cheers Keith
Thanks Keith. Hope you'll enjoy the Osmo as much as I do 😉
Thank you for the tutorial!! I felt pretty dumb using this, and you answered all my questions 🤩
glad I could be of assistance 😉. Happy creating!
I love reading a good comment before going into a video. You gave me hope! lol

Me: Watching the video July 2020, and hearing that!! 😒😬
Thanks for an amazing tutorial... just got a new subscriber! :)
Glad I could be of assistance 😉 and welcome to the family 🥳
BUT no infomration about shooting cinematic video as claimed? 🙄
i just bought my dji osmo 3 just yesterday-Aug.9,2020.... i want to learn more, looking forward for your next tutorial video. Thank you and more power 😊👍!
Glad you like it Ed. Would you like to see anything in particular in it?
Thank you so much 😊 this helped me a lot!
It's my pleasure Dimcha! What helped you the most, so my content can be even more helpful in the future 😉
Im buying alot of Anamorphic and Gimble and nd filter gear to support my Samsung Galaxy
In order to get more into this new way of film making..
Good stuff..
Very good and useful video! I've just bought this gimbal, and this video helped me so much 👌🏼👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks Miguel 😃. How do you like it so far? Have you tried out all the features yet?
I enjoyed how clear and thorough you made your explanations. Very good
Hello, is the mobile app and gimbal works properly with smartphone Huawei P smart 2019? Thx
Awesome video! I film all of my videos with my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the DJI Osmo Moblie 3! Those paired with the Rode Wireless Go, and you've got a crazy good and affordable setup (assuming that you already have the phone)! Keep up the good work!
I couldn't agree more. You don't even need the iPhone 11 Pro. A bunch of my shot were taken on the iPhone Xs and the results were great. It's all about that extra smooth motion that gives your footage that extra oomph 😁
Atti Bear for sure. I’m currently editing my production equipment video (even though I’m a food channel) because so many people keep asking me about my equipment and my camera man 😂
Haha you mean the AI-man? ^^
It's so nice to see, that you don't need a massive amount of gear to create quality content these days. Keep up the good work Anderson 👍
i loved your wideo tutorial, tanks!
filmandsong05 😆
Thank you so much Filmandsong05 😃. Hopefully I was able to show you something new
Thank you for your tips my friend! This will help me a lot! Good luck & more power.
Thank you Alvino, enjoy creating and let me know If I can be of further assistance 😉
Okay sure bro.. Thanks for your reply. i am so happy.
Thanks Man , very useful video
You're welcome! Hope you can make good use of it ☺️
Nice video. Keep it up, man!
Thanks William! I’ll do 😉. Any requests for future content?
Love it. When you record with the osmo 3 do the videos go straight to the phone's camera roll or does it save to the dji app. Downloading from the dji app seems like it just takes up more space.
Nice info, just bought one, looks pretty cool. Thanks for the upload, cheers :)
You are welcome! Glad you like it 😉. Happy creating ✌️
Thanks for the explanation and Happy New Year 2020. Would love you will give us who is beginner about the tips about cinematography technique and short cut using Dji osmo mobile 3
Thank you David and happy new year to you too! Do you mean a tutorial on basic cinematography rules?
Thanks for sharing. Great content.
My pleasure! Glad you liked it 😉
Thank you,an excellent video
You are welcome! Did you also watch the second episode where I go more into filming techniques?
Great video! Thank you, I'm thinking about buying one again. My concern is when I last had one o charged it for probably 1 hour too long and it overloaded and stopped working. There is no feature to stop the charge etc and wondered if anyone else had this issue?
Hi guy
I have a quite confuse question with the gimbal payload weight. I want to decision to buy some gimbal for gopro, also the some of information payload on the website show the payload around 200-300 g (expected the gimbal for mobile) if I use the gopro + adaptor plate gopro that quite a bit more gimbal maximun payload. I want to know if i use the gimbal with a bit more than max payload it dosen't have any side effect with gimbal or not.
Awesome channel mate, lovely to meet you this evening :D
Right back at ya Chris! 😃. See you for part two of "Let's crash some expensive gimbals" 🤣
Yesterday i bought one of osmo 3 and dont know how to use it then i saw your video. The video push me away on pro man. Thank you. I will with your channel everyday.
That's why I create these kind of Videos. Let me know If you have any requests 😉
Your information is really awesome. Carry on
Thank you so much 😀. What did help you the most?
Hey, this was very informative. I'm buying the DJI Osmo thanks to you.
Glad I could be of assistance Madison 😉. Let me know if you have any questions.
@@AttiBear Bought it, love it. Where's it been all my life?
Thank you bro for guidelines
Always happy to help 😉
Thank you for the information ℹ️

Great video .. I do like your lighting setup
Thank you Manolo, appreciate it 😃
Excellent video, very helpful
Glad it was helpful! Thank you Lucian.
Good work. Nice video. Thanks.
My pleasure George 🙏. Any requests for future content?
Thanks.
Very good information.
Thinking of buying one. Beginner to all this.
Thank you! Glad you find it helpful. There's almost no easier way to start 😃
This was a really helpful video
Thank you Mike. What part did help you the most?
I was shocked at how great my iPhone 11 Pro records video that I immediately bought one of these and retired my DSLR for video 😂
haha nice that's what I'm talking about 😃
Dont retire it use both but I get you.. I'm buying one of these ASAP! Can hardly wait.
Thank you so much.
You have a good channel I'm learning alot from you as well as others good youtubers.
You are a big help for me.
Thanks Bryan I really appreciate your kind words 🙏
Great video thanks man! Which microphone would you recommend to use with the osmo? I have a pixel 3 if it makes a difference
Kinda depends on your preferences. A while ago I switched to the Mics from Deity cause I think they sound more natural than the ones from RODE (here's an example czcams.com/video/p0NSo-5vkas/video.html). On the other hand the Rode Wireless Go would keep you setup super lightweight.
Awesome thumbnail!!!
Thanks I gave my best 🙏
Great video!
Thank you guys. Anything you‘d like to see more of in the Future?
I just started video bought a mobile 3 and love it your videos are very helpful Thank you for making the tutorials. I also use a Cannon M 50 but I find that the iPhone with the mobile 3 is as effective and a lot faster and much easier
Always happy to help. I totally know what you mean and the M50 is a super lightway Camera. Just imagine carrying around a EOS R5 like I do 😅
@@AttiBear Thank you Atti having a creator with as many subs as you have reply to my comment is really cool I hope to get where you are someday.I will continue to watch and recommend as well as share your videos. I bet it does get heavy I'm just now getting used to holding the osmo 3 for 5 minutes its crazy but I'm hooked!
I appreciate every single one of you guys! My work wouldn't be possible without you watching 😉. So thank you and keep up the good work ✌️
Very good. Tnx bro
Thanks Hamza! You are welcome 😃
My daughter bought me an iPhone11, I have just ordered a DJI Osmo Mobile 3 and downloaded the MIMO app... (the gimbal hasn't arrived at time of writing) this video was the best I have found... Thank you... greetings fro sunny Tenerife... im off to check out the best ND filters because we are SUNNY every day, all year round :)
Did you already receive your Osmo yet? Let me know how you like it once you receive it. Sunny is one thing, but you guys have a lot of water surfaces and nothing makes water look more beautiful than ND PL Filters 😉. You'll love it
Atti Bear not arrived yet... looking at PolarPro, Moment and a few others what do you recommend
Choose wisely. Most of the mobile Photography products aren't compatible with each other. If I were you, I'd first choose the lenses and then decide on the filters.
Nice vid. I just got my DJI osmo 3. Excited to play with it. 😁
Thanks Wolf. How’s your first impression on the Osmo 3 so far?
@@AttiBear More compact. Compared to my Zhiyun smooth 4. My zhiyun smooth 4 is not compatible with my Samsung A50 so I decided to sell it. I'm happy with DJI Osmo mob 3. Controls are Not overwhelming.
Yeah that’s true. The little joystick doesn’t give you to much control and the adjustment options are quite limited too. Doing your motion by hand is easier anyways 😁
@@rasdailyTV I did the same the only regret its the no compatibility of Osmo 3 and filmic pro yet
Filmic has been missing the compatibility for quite some time now. Did you guys know the Moment App now supports the Osmo Mobile 3 too?
Could you recommand on what phone lense is the best to go with osmo3 to achieve the cinematic video feel? Thanks a lot! I am using Huawei p10 and I just got the gimbal, thinking about adding on a lense.
For iPhone users I'd recommend the Sandmarc Lenses, since I think they have a more natural color rendering. Everybody else can't wrong with the Moment Lenses. If you really want to go cinematic try an anamorphic lens.
Great video. But I really confuse between DJI Osmo Mobile 3 and Zhinyun Smooth 4. What do you think is better?
Could you please give me suggestion? Thank you in advance bro
nice, clearly explanation...thx bro, this is my fisrt time i use Osmo Mobile 3
My pleasure! Glad you got something out of it 😉
Thank you so much for sharing! Super informative , demonstration and test video production congratulations too! Great video creation! Good day!
👍🍀🇭🇺🌞☝️
Thank you for this video OSMO Mobile 3 tutorial. What mobile do you refer suits while using this Osmo mobile 3?
In general I do love the performance of iPhones and their reliability
Helpful and informative video
Thanks for sharing
Thank you Augusto! Could you already make good use of some of the features I showed?
"I can't wait until 2020"
Great video
2020 yeah 🥳😁. Thanks J 😉
hey bro I'm from the future , the next Dji gimbal is Dji Osmo mobile 4...😁
Thanks for sharing idol nice one God bless you always stay safe
cont we use 4k in android while using any of features ?
Thanks this is helpful
Glad you liked it. Did you also watch the second part where I go more into the filming techniques?
Hi Atti- thanks for the video. How did you film the overhead shootings eg. 0.43-0.46? Was that with DJI Osmo Mobile 3? and was it handheld of in fixed position?
Hi Stefan, no that was shot with my EOS R on a Tripod Setup
Thanks, very useful
Thanks buddy. What helped you the most?
Tnx for sharing
Glad You liked it buddy ✌️
Thank you so much! This is most helpful video I've found so far! I just bought DJI Osmo 3 and I am so frustrated not being able to understand how it works at all😭
It seems so difficult...
I have few questions, please...
How to switch between photo and video?
How to start filming a video , how to pose it and how to end?
If I have to use gimbal to make live video for the Zoom meeting, how I do that?
Thank you in advance❤
Did u not know how to record with a phone?
GRT vid! Is there anyway to use iPhone11ProMax wide angle without an extra attachable lens and not capture the entented arm plastic?
Thanks buddy. Actually I think in general it'll be hard not capture parts of any gimbal with the Ultra Wide Lens. You only can try to shift the phone further left and put some weights on the other side.
AwAwesome bro ♡♡♡♡♡♡ quality ♡♡♡
Thank you MrMobileboss you are too kind 🙏
@@AttiBear which editing tools are you using bro. Suggestions needed for a quality production. In windows and android any app you could suggest.
Osmo mobile 3 using on both ios and android devices. Mimo app gives different pros and cons in both. Especially In zooming, in slowmo.. etc. Can you make a comparison video. Appreciated ♡♡♡
I'm solely editing in Final Cut since I'm not a big windows fan anymore. The Mimo App actually offers a quite strong set of tools to record and has the same functionality under Android and iOS. Especially considering it's Active Track capabilities. Mimo is only missing a LOG Profile for color grading in post.
Regarding mobile video editing I already made a tutorial about Adobe Rush czcams.com/video/y1IjRaJn9lU/video.html. Would it be help if I covered Luma Fusion too?
@@AttiBear helped me lot. great effort!
New CZcamsr here. I am also using DJI osmo mobile 3. Thanks for the tips.
Glad you like it Kai! You should also check out the second video with some filming techniques. Maybe that helps you too 😉 czcams.com/video/CrtqRcGU1jk/video.html
Nice video dude Thanks !
I want to do cinematic video with osmo mobile 3 and the next iPhone 12 so what did you recommend me for the app to use like filmic pro ?
For editing adob première ?
The résolution 4K 60frp or 4k 30frp ?
The color grading ?
The gimbal mouvement ?
I Don't know where to start please reply bro
Why wait for the iPhone 12? Just start with whatever Phone you have right now and upgrade to the next gen iPhone when it's available.
If you want to go low budget for the beginning you could start with Davinci Resolve and collect your first experiences right away. Framerate, Resolution, Color Grading etc fully depend on the content you want to create.
My biggest advice for you is to just start and don't try to accomplish everything right from the start. Hone your skills over time. Skill comes with experience and there's nothing like the right or wrong way. There's only the best way for YOU! 😉
Can i use it in Galaxy s8 plus????
Just got mines thanks for the tips
Glad I could help Zaydoe. How is your impression about the Osmo Mobile 3 so far?
Atti Bear great experience. Still have to get used to the movements. But other than that. It’s a great piece of equipment for smartphones.
Do you know how to stop mirroring in the front camera when in selfie mode. Any tips appreciated
awesome and convincing
Glad you liked it She Lila ✌️
I am a samsung note 8 android user, and the moment anormorphic lenses are appealing but can someone please go into more detail what features we, as android users, loose since I dont think filmic pro works all features on the dji osmo mobile 3 gimbal with android phones like my note 8. Ive heard the mimo app only does 4k30 on adroid vs 4k60 on iphone
Hey bro I was thinking of buying this gimble I’m new to this stuff so I don’t know when the new dji mobile 4 comes out as I have seen it go on 20% sale do you think I should get it now or wait few months for osmo monile 4 as I believe the mobile 3 was out in sep last year?
It's kinda hard to say with what has been going on lately. Lot's of product launches have been postponed. The Osmo Mobile 3 is a solid device so if you get it at a bargain you can't go wrong 😉
Hi! Great video and congrats for your activity! I still have one question, cause i am a bit confused. I have for the moment an iPhone 8 Plus, planning to buy 11 Pro Max and because the Max versions are heavier, i do not exactly know what gimbal to choose... i am between DJI Osmo Mobile 3 and Moza Mini Mx! What would u choose if u also use lenses and stuffs on these smartphones? Thanks :D
Hey Alex, with the bigger Phone I wouldn't recommend you to go for the Moza Mini MX cause it'll have a significantly smaller working angle. The Osmo Mobile 3 has no problems with bigger phones and lenses as long as you balance them right.
Atti Bear thanks a lot! Based on your advice and some other comments from all around the internet, I have already ordered the Osmo. Cannot wait to receive it and start filming everything. When my idea will grow, I’ll let u know and I’ll thank you again! 🙏🏻😁
Love the ruroc helmet😍
Haha thanks Leeroy! I like it so much I even made a dedicated video about it 🥳czcams.com/video/pgcx49j5FK0/video.html
Thank you. The motion time lapse is my thing. I would pay 100 dollars just for this.
You're welcome. Time Lapses are certainly one of the most impressives filmmaking tools. I love to play with them too 😃
Does this fit with the galaxy s20?
I'm an DSLR user, just got the Osmo Mobile 3 and I'm itching to make some content on my phone (currently S7 but looking at the S10+ in the near future). Ran some footage around the house and it is buttery smooth. Currently -16 w/o the windchill right now so outdoor footage won't be happening right now. Excited!!
Haha I feel you, it's never fun to record outside under such conditions. I know that itching all too well, especially with the iPhone 11 Pro at hand. The vast compatibility of the Osmo Mobile 3 in my opinion is one of it's greatest strengths. Have you played around with Active Track yet?
@@AttiBear Absolutely. I recorded my daughter and her too friends practicing their songs at church and did some pan shots with tracking turned on. My only hiccup is that it did randomly pick one of the girls to the left or right a couple of time but I think because it was when they were in a chain hug and their heads were too close. Outside of that, it worked great.
yeah that probably was it. You also can try to draw a box around them. Maybe this will make it easier to track them 😉
Good video and tips! Tomorrow I will get my Osmo Mobile 3, coming from the Osmo 2. Subscribed to your channel!
Thanks Aurelian, really appreciate it! Let me know what your first impression is 😉
@@AttiBear OMG! With the Osmo 3 and the Mimo app, the FilmicPro era is end for me, only for one function: 4k + 60fps + Manual Settings + Active Track. Finally the perfect setting for me.
Haha I absolutely feel you. The only advantage Filmic Pro still has is the ability to record in LOG. So nothing DJI couldn't fix with a little Mimo Update 😏
Atti Bear I shoot all my footages in 4k 60fps, and neither of the two apps have a flat profile, so in this case I prefer the Mimo app for the active track function. And the Filmic Pro LOG profile is horrible, is introducing to much noise in the footage, the FLAT is better.
The Moment app also introduces a horrible amount of noise once you switch to shooting flat. I wonder why 🤔. It almost looks like a feature and not a bug 😁

Hallo mate, may I know ur extra lens on iphone? Then is it problem with weight or width if I use shockproof case iphone 11 on dji osmo mobile 3? Anyway Ur video was great
Do you mean the lens I was using? That would be one of these Lenses czcams.com/video/cKYmVf5_8UU/video.html . You can use the Osmo Mobile 3 with or without a case and accessories you just need to make sure it's properly balanced. Enjoy 😉
helpfull video 👍
Hey Keel, what helped you the most about it?
Thank you bro 🤚🤚🤚🤚🙏
You are welcome Mou 🙏
Great
Thanks! Greetings from Munich
@@AttiBear ohh great to know.
Namastey from Freiburg
thanks a lot
You are most welcome
When using anamorphic lens, does it show desqueezed in viewfinder or you do the de squeezing post?
Depends on which App you are recording in. The DJI Mimo App has no support for anamorphic Lenses so you'll need to desqueez it in post. Filmic and Moment can do it on the fly.
Hey! Can the phone have a case, or does it have to be “naked” to fit on the clamp?? I’m about to purchase this DJI Osmo Mobile 3, but read some comments somewhere about it not fitting and I’m worried now. I have the iPhone 8 with a Tech21 case, it’s not too thick really, but now I’m wondering 😫. Thanks 🙏🏼
Hey Fidel, the Osmo's clamps can be extended quite a lot so I don't think you'll have any issues with your case ✌️
Atti bear thank you so much for this amazing helpful video!! Your tips are gret. Just out of curiosuty... What skateboard is that? it looks crazy and your helmet is too cool!
Thanks Arjun! Glad you like it 😃. The Skateboard is from Evolve and an absolut beast in the wild 😁. You can check out my review I made a few months ago here czcams.com/video/_moZ137aI20/video.html
Now I even made a review about the helmet if you are interested 😉 czcams.com/video/pgcx49j5FK0/video.html

Thanks! Have a good start into the new week ✌️
I promised myself to use my phone for my CZcams channel for ever, I got this dji 3 today, it is fantastic
were you able to apply some of the tricks I showed? 😃
@@AttiBear yes I was, I watched your video and I applied many things that I now know thanks to you
I really appreciate your efforts
good stuff
Thanks buddy!
Can some one help me out!!! I’m looking for something to vlog my workouts with. Would this be the best option? I’d be shooting my self so It would be on the tri pod mostly. And I’m looking for tracking effects and motion effects. Something that follows me and can zoom in and out on and object (me).
Hey m b the Osmo Mobile 3 can track you but it has no motion effects. You could mount it on a motorised slider though to get some motion in your footage and if you record 4K you have more than enough pixels to zoom in and out in post. Maybe thats viable workaround 😉
Thank you, Love From Palestine
Always happy to help Mazen 😃. Enjoy ✌️
@@AttiBear I note you have no reply to the comments regarding your lack of information regarding no information on shooting cinematic video as claimed in your description. ??

Can you make a video on different modes(i.e. Spinshot and others) and it's best application along with sample videos for DJI OM SE 4
That one already exists czcams.com/video/CrtqRcGU1jk/video.html
This is satisfactory
Thank you Bass🙏, what did you like about it the most?
@@AttiBear the camera support it's so awesome the way it can record without shaking the phone . I'm also looking for a phone stand
How do I do the full screen video ?
I have iPhone 7plus and I’m using Moment walnut case to attached the lens.
I have DJI Osmo Mobile 3, and honestly I couldn’t balance the phone with wide lens (for example). I’ve literally moved the phone to the lens and still it’s not balanced.
Then I saw you in this video attaching lens and ND filter 🤨
How did you do it? Any advice you can help me with?
That’s one of my main concerns with the moment cases. They are just too heavy. Sometimes it can help to shift the center position of the phone (up/down on the Osmo). With bigger Phone and Case combinations this won’t be possible 😑. A last resort would be to stick counterweights onto the case.
Really, really, realy exited for 2020. LOL
Is it too late to revise my statement? 😅What will be next? Aliens? 🙈
DSLRs are indeed getting heavy in the pocket though then the smart phones are now offering the right cool mix with the dji tools thus extends epic efficiency in video cinematography to the next levels
I agree 100% 😃
Great video and I love the features within DJI MIMO, but you’re stuck with 30 or 60 FPS. If I use Filmic Pro to get the frame rates etc, I lose active track and front to back switching.
Thank you! Are recording an Android or iOS? Cause I also can choose 24 fps in the Mimo App.
@@AttiBear Google Pixel 4 Android. Where will I find 24fps option?
