I love you both and your adorable family. I am happy that you are back together i rooted for your family. I do feel the need to speak up and say that as public figures with a platform its responsible to always be mindful of the words you say. It is also good to educate yourself when you make a mistake in saying things that may be hurtful to others even if you didn't mean for them to be. That being said, the "benefit" u speak of, for my native american people are "guilt rights" to cost free BASIC medical and PARTICAL grants for education given to our tribal nations because of colonization of our land and people, the kidnapping of our children sent to boarding school in churches where they were forced to forget their language and culture and forced to speak English by being tortured, humiliated, stripped of everything they knew only to be abused, raped, murdered in the name of the religion and for all rest of the blood spilled of our ancestors. So they are not benefits to us, we do not feel that way about it, my people continue to suffer from the effects of everything our people have been through and we would much rather have our people back, our language, our culture, and our land instead. 😢 I know you didn't mean anything negative by it. I am super sensitive when it comes to my people and correcting people when they speak on things about us that we still take super serious. ❤ I am a mama also and have to work hard to try and learn and hang on to my language and culture in order to pass it on to my son.

Mom guilt, seperation anxiety, etc is the worse. Moms, that’s why it’s very important to take a step back and take time for ourselves. Self care, finding our own passion, etc!!
Honestly more married couples need to do what y’all did, take the time and space to work on yourselves. Grow, learn, evolve, learn to be independent. We often become dependent on our spouses; emotionally and physically. Doing the internal work, and then returning together with our spouse is the way to do it!!! So proud of you guys. Takes a lot of work. ❤

This is currently how I'm feeling. Like I am not enough for my husband. I understand he works a lot to provide for us and I am trying to change to keep our family together. Motherhood and being home all the time with our kids is tiring sometimes.

Both women and men go through so much. As a women it’s hard seeing my husband work hard to provide we often forget the pressure that they carry to make sure they are holding their family down . But just like us women feel like we need their attention when they are always working. Women make sure you do things for yourself and also don’t forget to hype your husband up and communicate because they carry so much pressure and sometimes the bottle all of that in.
Hi Anita! I’m happy for you guys! I just want to say I hope you really understand that you do not need to “Level Up”. You weren’t and still aren’t any less than Jose. You sacrificed so much all these years to be a stay at home mom and be a great mother to your children. People don’t realize being a stay at home mom is it’s own full time job. Don’t let that whole “power couple” idea get in your head. You can be a “power couple” as a stay at home mom if you wanted to. You’re great at what you do just like Jose is great at what he does. I’ve never related more than I have to Anita. I’ve been a stay at home mom for 7 years. I have a 7 year old and 4 year old and I haven’t left my kids not once. I’ve lost myself in motherhood. I’m starting to really pour in self to get to where I want to be. Mom guilt is so real and it’s extremely difficult for me to do anything for myself. I know I can do it and it’ll take time. You guys will be great and everything will workout how it’s supposed to.

Never forget yourself! I was the same way and mine are 10 and 6. Just this year I decided to buy myself little things because I would buy them everything and I had the same shoes for 7 yrs lol. But I’m still hesitant but I’m trying to change. Yes mom guilt is REAL. I can’t even go out without crying and feeling bad. You’re a beautiful great mommy❤❤

I really thought I was just crazy myself, it feels like there’s no way out and your just going to be stuck like that the rest of your life. It’s the shittiest feeling ever. I’m so so happy you guys are back together!!❤️ I can relate you can get lost in motherhood. Loss of identity, loss of self. I have 2 under 2 and it’s been tough. I get anxiety thinking something bad will happen if it isn’t me taking care of them. And I also worry so much and go above and beyond to be the best mom. I put way too much pressure on myself. I just recently started working out. And it’s helped me mentally and physically. I quit my nursing job to be a sahm but that hr I get to myself to workout is my “me time” for self care. And the say I see it it’s helping my babies because they have healthy mom because of it physically and mentally.

I’m currently at that space where I’m working on myself physically and looking for ways to improve my life and mental health. So I loved this talk you guys had with us viewers.Being a mom of 3 the gym is my therapy and my getaway. I am in a group chat with softball moms and we motivate each other in fitness and what we’re eating. That’s definitely a great thing to have and inspire each other.
