Very nice work guru ji.mera activa 66000 chal chuka hai,os ka na belt replace hua hai or na hi clutch shoe.ab main app change karuga.
@Prateek Rathee nahi abhi thaak ek bar bhi clutch shoe clean nahi hoye or na hi rollers cheek hoye hai.ab pek up kaam lg rahi hai.
Service 4500 km k baad.ab engine oil thoora kaam ho reha hai har 1000 km per.aor koyi problem nahi.
Arey 6600km hoga ek zero extra laga raha ha

मैंने 1985 मे एटलस कं. की मोपेड ली थी।उसका क्लच व ट्रांसमिशन सिस्टम ठीक ऐसा ही था।अच्छी गाड़ी थी।न जाने क्यों दो साल बाद ही बंद हो गई, मैं फिर भी 10 साल उससे चला, तब से 6 बाइक बदलीं,आज उसकी याद आ गई।

Sirji, l can hear some shrill sound if l run my RayZR fi bs6 whenever steering slowly so based on your expertise what do u think it could be the issue to create that shrill sound?
Master, my engine is the same, but my engine's rear fan pins make a troubled sound. Do you have an idea if they are repaired?

@10:53, Universal holder ki madat se kya hum variator ke upar se fan bhi nikal sakte hai? aur honda activa mein fan ke upar ka NUT 22 mm ka aata hai,17 mm nahi.please confirm.

Aur clutch me aisi konsa parts hota hai jo pickup increase krta hai main sirf ek problem face krra hu wo ye hai jb bhi main ride krta hu activa pr apni with pillion toh uska pickup kaafi kmrhta hai
