    The stock caliper bracket bolts are 15mm or something close to that...

    I saw a extra hold on the 4x4 hub does a little screw fit in there because there is no screw in mine.

    While watching your video, namely the part where you reference possibly using a hammer and chisel to remove the large nut, I noticed your chisel is mushroomed and cracked --- I highly advise you to grind that off. Because if you strike that chisel and that piece breaks off, it can be like a .22 and cause bodily harm. I had to have a piece removed from the back of my hand that punctured a vein. And please wear safely glasses. Stay safe!

    what is the difference by the location of the splined washer and the other 2 washers ?
    from my experience , the thin washer and the plastic thick washer on on the out side of the splined wahser, and , those 2 are larger inner diameter than the splined washer.

      It's probably tough to find aftermarket parts for these older Rangers, maybe jegs, summit, ebay, amazon, jet, bonanza, cabelas

      I used a chisel 3:11 but you should be able to find the socket online or at an auto parts store

    The auto hubs actually worked well but people burnt them up cause they didn't back up 10 feet to disengage them...

      The tools I used are a jack, jack stand, pick, hammer, and chisel. They make a hub nut socket that you can buy if you want.

    Those are not 3/4 bolt heads they are 19mm. Everything on the vehicle is metric. Yes some will seem to interchange but the actually donot.
