@@longquang5075 Donte‘s Defense is very poor. He is not able to stop point of attack and allowing the ball handler to drive into the paint and that is causing the defensive issues in the 2 nd unit. GP 2 is miles ahead of donte in Defense .

Andre was retiring so he can focus on his VC company it's warriors who convinced him to play one more year as an on the bench vet who can talk to the players and practice with them, a very different job from what an assistant coach can do without going out of the bounds of their authority which is why warriors did what they did

Kuminga made key plays with his defense and rebounding which is what they need him for. If it wasn't for him it may have been a much closer game which is what Kerr was emphasizing to him about i think.
The 1st play gave me chills 🥶🥶🥶 That's Wiggins waving to the team that called him bust
The tech at the end is clearly ironic but worth it. Green gets a tech from celebrating a great finishing lay up by poole..while curry is proud to get a tech for showing green that he got his back. Warriors is nearing to dominance again once the boys became men.
The fact that the rebound leader for GS is their point guard kind of hints to me that some of those long, athletic forwards need to step up, block out, and grab the dang ball.
It's also another indication that Steph is an elite player who brings a lot more than his 3 point shot to the game. His willingness to hustle, take the hits, and take the toughest shots, elevates his worth to the team. I've been watching him since he was at Davidson, as I was living in NC at the time, and hoops are nearly a religion in that area.
One more observation. Freedawkins continues to do an excellent job of editing and presenting the best NBA highlight videos in the game today.
His rebound compare to other PG is actually above average, which is very underrated
sometimes you gotta understand that he can get so much boards because the big men box out so the forwards are already stepping it up they had 44 rebounds tonight

Mentality is very important.
When Klay was defensive about the fact that he has 4 rings, he played poorly.
The moment Klay admitted he might never reach back his peak form, he suddenly starts to play well.
Warriors need that Klay who just focuses on playing now :)
Klay was trying to prove he can play like Kobe and Steph, he was dribbling too much and doing point guard ish instead of shooting guard ish he usually does... That's why he struggled, after he stopped trying to prove the hater wrong and got back to what makes him great he was scoring like a machine as usual
@@lucky889s9 man you took the words out my mouth my guy. That’s exactly what it was. He was concerned w/ being the “same” Klay that he was actually playing outside of himself. Forcing shots because he’s known to take and make them. He was lowkey shooting off reputation if that makes sense. Once he decided to put team success over individual game he started hitting again. He’s never been an “assist” guy but he would make the extra pass and relocate etc. and he started doing that against an playing w/in himself. I still to need to see more consistency from the team as a whole tho so I’ll reserve the “they’re back” sentiments until further notice.
Exactly, and I get that Klay wants to put these younger guys in their place who haven't done shit (ahem, Booker). But man, he's been through TWO potentially career-ending injuries, it's quite an accomplishment to still being able to play at this level.
If he just keeps playing in the moment then the game will come to him.
This is how we need to play. Everyone showed up tonight !
1. klay seems happy again
2. jp found some baddies
3. draymond is scoring
4. wiggins and looney are reliable as you can be
5. teamplay golden state is back
6. curry can get a easy 30 while team is winning instead of going for 50 and team loosing ( btw his rbounds and dimes went up)
Warriors offense look very fluid now, fantastic ball and player movement and everybody getting touches. This is the GSW basketball we've all known and love. Back to championship caliber already!
Donte play so good. Great 3s . So impressed with Donte and Kuminga. If Dub play like this and stay healthy, they gonna be champs for very long time.

Letting the bench go through the fire without majority starters playing was a good long term move, it’s paying off

So Basically, Our Starters Have Been Twice As Good As The 2nd Best 5-Man Lineup In The Entire League… This Is A Big Part Of Why I Never Hit The Panic Button
The bench still needs to step up. I never panicked about the starting 5, but that bench needs to work out its kinks or get overhauled.
Most of the highlights of Warriors is team basketball. That's why it took them a while to put it together, while the new guys figure out how to move. Hope this continues and not just a fluke.

As long as the Warriors are winning, the haters are shutting up. ESPN, TnT, Barkley, Skip and Perkins are all in pain and hating on the teams the Warriors are winning over. The warriors giving their bench more minutes early in the season was perfect. The young dudes had tons of video to study and they obviously did it. Kuminga looks more and more to be a terrorizing athletic defender and equally menacing on offense…fast, jumpy, and calm under stress. Donte is quite the playmaker, hustle defender, and shooter himself (actually a mini-Steph to me). Klay is definitely back, calm and steady. Dray is back, massive playmaker on offense and defense. Wiggins is a freaken beast, long arms shooting and defending, powerful runner and jumper. What a perfect fit. Poole is getting steady…so fast when he runs, deadly when he shoots, accurate when he passes. Looney is a solid playmaker whether on rebounds, defense, or passing. He’s definitely a point center. You just don’t see it cuz he’s not athletic and doesn’t draw attention on camera.
Steph is a really damn good defender, sneaky rather than physical, makes tons of plays and great hustle. Warriors skill, teamwork, maturity, and heart are really showing.

This game reminded me of the reason I love watching GSW play... Seemed to have won the game at tip off... And starting with a monster lob to Wiggins (over 7ft Gobert)... All things went super smooth... Toner of assists, buckets on almost every possession, having a blast on the court, running all over the place. That's the WARRIORS I been following for so long. Don't doubt what they can do!

His start to this year was absolutely awful, but if he can play under control like this, and work within the flow of the offense as a distributor first, he becomes a serious weapon. Still has to improve defensively, but at least his offensive game is finally clicking.
Rumors of the Warriors' demise were premature.
1st win on the road this season against a decent team. Now let's see how they do on Dallas but this was encouraging. They're mixing up rotations better and bench isn't giving up 15 points in a row whenever they come in so that's better.
Dubs have quietly put together a stretch of winning basketball that might go on for the rest of the season. Need to see Wiseman reincorporated whenever his Santa Cruz stint finishes. Also, hope to see Iggy suiting up at some point.

The rest of the league should be worried that GSWs starters are playing as good as the 73-9 team. Also, how scary is it for the rest of the league that we won the chip last year even though both Steph and Klay had their worst 3pt shooting year.
