Today I received a gift from a friend
My friend's request is to make a water cooler for the aquarium
I will try and see the results of the test
Note that it is not a substitute for genuine water chiller (Chiller).
    Here I have
    Peltier TEC1-12710 40x40mm - C7
An air radiator and radiator fan

instead of trying to cool such a huge space with such a mini fan, you could try attaching the peltier unit direct to a Watercooling Block for watercooled CPUs, in that way instead of air-cooling the SS pipes that you made, you are actually directly cooling the water by passing it through the CPU waterblock. Waterblock for CPUs/GPUs comes in a variety of sizes and are not particularly expensive. Hope that helps!

The pump is making heat so you shouldn't have it in the coil chamber box. More cooling for the peltier should improve its efficiency a little and some sort of thermal mass battery in the coil area to pre chill and help stabilise the coil temp.

Bro, the Peltier didn't cool the object, it removes the heat. You might get better results whether you improve the heat exchange. Your are using the air to exchange temperature, your "freezer" is working like this:
The Peltier romoves the heat from the aluminum > the aluminum exchange temperature with the box's air > the cooled air exchange temperature with the pipes > than, the pipe exchange temperature with the water.
This process has so much steps. I mean you would get better results make some changes.
How about make the Peltier act directly with the water? Try it making the cool part or Peltier contact directly the water, maybe a aluminum pipe dissipation.

Just for information - water conducts heat (cold) much better than air.
The intermediate stage with cooled air container as a heat exchanger is a lot of energy loss.
You should cool water directly with the radiator and the second circuit for the aquarium.

I guess it is super inefficient to have coils in a cold environment and expect that the water becomes much colder. There is also too much loss basically everywhere which the Peltier in this inefficient system cannot overcome. I guess if you use a traditional condenser (which has coils) and the (cold) coils are directly in the warmer water, you would have a far better system.
Or.... you had already the more traditional water cooling chambers at the end of the video, which should definitely be far more efficient (as they are in direct contact with the chip - especially with heat paste. You could even put the "traditional heat exchanger" on the hot side and the water heat exchanger on the other...
