This interview launched Dr. Peterson onto the world stage. The interviewer tried all of the conventional tricks and conventions of a discreditable ideology without realizing (nor, to be fair, did we at the time) that she was in the ring with the heavyweight champ. God bless Dr. Jordan Peterson!

The issue with this interview is that she was totally unprepared. The other issue is that most people watching this seem to have no concept of how these kind of interviews are led. The interviewers job is to present the opposing viewpoit effectively in order to test the thoughts/opinions/statements of the intervewee. If it's done correctly, it is a very effective means of extracting meanintiful and insightful information in a short amount of time. Newman can do this very well, but in this case she was poorly informed and poorly prepared (and may have been having a bad day to). To then claim she^s a moron or to use this interview to make assumptions about her own political and ideological views is ignorant itself.

Unfortunately the interview was spoiled by the constant misinterpretation by the interviewer of the answers. If ever there was an augment as to why certain women should not be interviewers this was it. She is totally out of her depth. I have never heard an interviewer say to an interviewee " I'm trying to process what you said" unbelievable interview skills.
Hearing and listening are two different things, and this woman barely hears and never in her life has listened.

I never felt that I was victimized or oppressed because of my sex. I chose to marry and have children which far exceeds the joy and satisfaction I have received from my very fulfilling job. I made sacrifices for my family that I absolutely do NOT regret.
He's offering interesting and thought provoking arguments to logically debate. She' doing little more than hurling accusations. He's explaining his positions. She's attacking them without really offering any productive talking points in rebuttal at all.
She was over her head from the get go. Jordan is very articulate and precise in his answers.

What's even more ironic about this is how divorce courts overwhelmingly give the mother custody of the kids. The father is lucky if he gets to see them every other weekend, even if he fought for joint or full custody. The legal precedent demonstrates, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that society prioritizes women as caregivers & responsible for child-rearing, yet feminists don't seem to care about "equality" in these cases! Shocking, isn't it?

Sometimes people need to talk as if they are talking to a toddler. Specially when they see the other person is miss understanding almost everything they are saying.
He should have said, intelligence and consciousness are predictors of success, BUT BUT BUT because women tend to also be agreeable, it makes it more difficult for them. So, not because of them not being intelligent, but because of the agreeableness aspect.

Intelligence/conscientiousness is what predicts success in the workplace, but agreeableness (a largely feminine trait) negatively predicts success. Out of the three (agreeableness, intelligence, and conscientiousness), only agreeableness is largely feminine, and she probably should have known that. Peterson seemed to have forgotten that he was talking to an ignoramus--at least on topics of personality (his expertise)--and he didn't spell things out for her in the most concise manner.
Either way, she comported herself terribly in this interview, and she wasn't nearly as prepared as she should have been. And I hope she didn't actually believe the words she was putting in Jordan's mouth, because that would make her a complete moron, lol. He said it himself that she was "projecting her beliefs onto him." I'll watch the full interview occasionally, just for laughs (:
