Yeah man the CMOS battery issue is very concerning it makes me seriously nervous. I hope enough noise is made by us in the community that Sony if they hopefully still care about preservation that being their hardware take notice how unhappy the customers are, that they patch out, that the console has to have a timer check with Sony's servers for trophies and not unblock access to all those games we bought. I believe the PS 4 scenario is even worst...when that happens and there are no more servers not only digital games are unplayable but even physical....thats a ticking time bomb. I really hope Sony addresses this and provides a fix to this flaw. Cause I'll think twice before investing in another PlayStation console to be honest...go full PC but that is still sad

You know what games I am planning on buying? ABSOLUTELY NONE. Screw Sony and their anti-consumer policies. They lost a long time fan ever since the release of the PS4. I have been on Xbox one since then and never looked back. I can put my old discs in my newer console and play them for free. PS3 is the last Sony console I will own unless they change their backwards stance on older games.
Great video! I came for Super Rub a Dub but ended up watching more than just that. I fully agree with you about it. I sit down to have some chill time playing it before doing something more productive and end up playing for ages! Something about it which makes you want to keep playing over and over. Yeah Super Rub a Dub is just the perfect chill game where it can get frustrating but brings a very positive atmosphere, right? Let's see what happens with the battery!
Ratchet Deadlocked was delayed at the time so it was made a little later than the HD Collection, hopefully this helps with why it was on its own hahaha

Godhand is an absolute blast! It takes some time getting used to but there are a few combo combinations that make you op. Also if you enjoy the Godhand type of humor check out BCV: Battle Construction Vehicles on the PS3 store!
I picked up loads of DLC for PS3 and Vita including Folklore, Hatsuni Miku, Persona Dancing Games etc. If the CMOS thing ever happens and Sony don't have a workaround, the only solution is a jailbreak. But right now am happy to have supported the DEVS of these games.
I've recently purchased a lot of free dlc for the ps3 just in case I ever I want to play those games and experience the extra content that would otherwise be lost to time.
For horror buffs who want to play silent hill 4 and Haunting ground and don't want to spend $600 for physicals. Make a japanese account and buy it on japanese psn. Sticking with horror I recommended Echo night Fatal frame 1-3 Siren Blood curse Parasite eve 1&2 JRPG horror. Lastly Echo Night. Fromsofts first RPG. You can see the souls dna in the making.

Actually helped me cuz I don't own Ratchet & Clank Quest for Booty but did own Into the Nexus but code was used so I bought Into the Nexus digital for $9.99 that included Quest for Booty which was $14.99 if I wanted just that, so u saved me $5 and I got an extra game.
Juan, my concern is after buying all these digital games because of the impending shutdown of the digital store, it still does not help any of us when our PS3 CMOS battery dies. All that $$ wasted.
I've watched quite a few videos touching on this very subject of games to buy before the shut down, but have yet to see someone mention a particular game that is exclusive to the PSN store- and that game is Elevator Action Deluxe. This is a great single player and local co-op/multiplayer game, supporting up to 4 players at once. There is also some free DLC that adds some new characters, and also allows players to play the original 1983 Taito arcade game Elevator Action. This is one game to definitely pick up before July 2nd- do not miss out!

There are to great DLCs for Metal gear rising The DLCs for Batman arkham Origins might be something you wanna grab, because we don't have a Goty version of this game. The same goes for Dead Space 2 and 3. Dragon age 1 has a few DLCs too, just like Fallout 3. If you have a fight game that you like, remember to get the DLC characters, for example Playstation All stars, it has 4 characters, one of them is Zeus from God of war
I've contemplated getting the season pass for Arkham Origins but I can't decide between getting it on ps3 or Xbox 360 as I played that version on my Xbox One more than on PS3
Tbqh, Europe never got the Mega Man Legends games. Capcom really hates that series so much that they refuse to re-release these games. They really need to re-release these for modern systems.

Unfortunately for me my fully backwards compatible ps3 is dying on me so I only option is to buy whatever ps2 games I want to play digitally or buy an expensive copy of the original ps2 version and play it on a ps2.

I thought you and everyone might like to know that Sega Rally Online Arcade in available to buy from the Hong Kong store for about USD$16 (70HKD). I mention it because the game does not seem to be available on the US, UK, or Aus stores. It's a cool arcade racer that wasn't published for long (2011-2012). It is based on the 2007 Sega Rally Revo which had a physical release. A highlight of the game is its terrain/track deformation. I hope this helps. Regards, Michael. :)
the internal battery can be replaced if it dies. The problem is if the battery dies when Sony shuts down the PSN servers, you will lose access to your digital library forever.
Good video in a tough time for PS3 enthusiasts, it so frustrating about the battery very anti consumer. I picked up the Ratchet and Clank collection for 12 UK pounds very lucky find a few months ago

If you haven’t you should check it out . It’s a great horror game . Most horror movies don’t scare me but this game knows when to scare you when you least expect it
So wait if you get the game and your ps3 dies and you lose it, you can't download it again from your account onto another ps3 once the store is closed, or will it be stored in your account library ?

If you have not played Ratchet and Clank series, You would end up playing one, two, three and then all the games, Its really amazing

Another good game is Resident Evil Revelations 2 on Vita. It never had a English physical release, but the Japanese physical is extremely expensive.

My fat ps3 has some overheating issues when playing some ps3 games so I just play ps2 on it. I have a slim for ps3 and ps1.

DLC must haves are for castlevania lords of shadow 1&2 and asura’s wrath . They extend the story to its true endings .
I bought the Wrath DLC but have yet to actually play it yet. Forgot I had it!

In the case of Castlevania the Xbox 360 version is backwards compatible on Xbox One so that's also an option.
So after a lot of digging, it seems like the European version of Full frontal assault (Q-Force) doesn't come with Deadlock (Gladiator)
