"I'm more than a man, I'm an idea; a philosophy, and I will live on in the shadows within Gotham's discontent."
Jerome Valeska was my favorite character in Gotham and with the show about to end i loved his story arc from going to insane lunatic to damaged Jerome with his face stapled it back on his head after his loyal disciple cut it off and to his end where he wanted to poison Gotham with his toxic laughing gas.It was sad how he died and i miss him in the show

    Gotham's greatest villain.
No seriously, think about it. He had the biggest impact on the overall story. Jerome is partly responsible for creating Batman and is 100% responsible for Jeremiah becoming Bruce's future archnemesis.
His maniacal and twisted circus in season 3 made Bruce realize that he has to step up against these supervillains because the GCPD are too weak and small despite Gordon's best efforts.
He posthumously forced Jeremiah to embrace his insanity thus Jeremiah became Jerome's successor. Notice how Jeremiah becomes much more like his brother as he delves deeper into the madness. What if Jerome designed the gas so that Jeremiah becomes much more like himself ? It kinda reminds me of the Joker Disease in Batman: Arkham Knight where the Joker's toxic has infected various citizens who began to look and behave like the Joker, due to the Joker posthumously influencing them to commit horrible crimes. What if this is the case with Jeremiah and Jerome? Jerome is controlling Jeremiah from hell while Jeremiah doesn't even realize that he is just a pawn of Jerome's twisted plans to cause chaos in Gotham. So basically every crime, Jeremiah as the (second) Joker commits, that is basically Jerome's doing.

Yeah definitely was the mastermind who orchestrated it all and the true nemesis of Bruce Jeremiah was a pale imitation of him.His ideas and philosophy inspired the rise of the joker I'm assuming that if they had another season batman would go up against the actual joker but it was not meant to be really miss the show you just made want to edit the show again so after I do the few edits I'm working atm I'm going do some characters from the show 100 percent Jerome will be one of them 💙

Yeah Jerome was Bruce's true archnemesis if you ask me. The perfect example for this is the episode "The Gentle Art of Making Enemies."
Jerome was the perfect foil to Bruce. Jerome basically manifested everything that Bruce's ideals stood against. Their dynamic and interactions in 3x14 is the perfect example. Much like how the Joker is everything Batman stands against.
Also if you think about it, Jerome has a lot of similarities with the Arkhamverse Joker (mainly voiced by Mark Hamill, and this version of the Joker is considered to be the most accurate one, even by me) and these similarities become even more apparent after you watch the video titled: The Tragedy of The Joker in Arkham Knight.
The video explains Joker's true motivations: He wants to establish a legacy and reputation in Gotham that will stand the test of time. A legacy which people fear and remember and Joker's greatest fear is being forgotten.
Remember these qoutes about Jerome in 2x02 "Knock, Knock" and 2x03 "The Last Laugh" ?
Sarah Essen: "Soon little man, you will be dead....and the world will go on without you. You will be nothing, and no one will even remember your name."
Paul Cicero: "You will be a curse upon Gotham. Children will wake from sleep, screaming at the thought of you. Your legacy will be death and madness."
And consider Jerome's childhood (excludimg Jeremiah because his existence makes no sense, even though Cameron plays him well too):
He was abused throughout his entire life untill he was 18. Nobody helped. Ever. He was probably told from day to day that he will be a worthless piece of crap who won't be ever remembered. Even Paul Cicero told him that the world won't care about him on his 9th Birthday. This might've made Jerome Valeska develop his ambition to establish a legacy of terror and chaos that will stand the test of time. Much like the Joker possibly did before becoming the Joker.

This was an amazing tribute for My Favorite Villain in Gotham. Using Centuries By Fallout Boy was a great choice because he will be remembered for Centuries.
