Features of soverignity. Soverignity what makes the state is the prime actor in which have authority in a particular territory . Internal authority it is the fixed authority in a particular territory .
External socerignity .. state have soverignity that no other state can interfere in their internal as well as external matreg how they want to maintain relation with other
But conflict come with sovereignty of state versus human right and global justice that if something rmwro g happens with the people of other like in their domestic affairs with people or women so other state talks about that pr not .

Notion of state soverignity is that the sbsolute comtrol on the terriotory abd population residing in that territory ebdn other state cannot interefare in their domestic policies means internal or externally by this means that how to maintain relation woth other stste even the untired nation also made on this way and west ohakian treaty of 1648 also tell about the soverigenity .
But due to coming of the globalisation shift can be seen in their sovereignity power like the role of the msrket becams important and 0ermeae bordsr ,rise of non stste actir ,international organization and many acgion that cannot be taken seoarateky like on terroism climste change migration hinfer poverty et which means that the these argument lf the neo kiberakism and neo marxism .
On the other habd reakism that it made the sovereignity intact by increasing their poser rather then decreasing bevause technolgy leads to survekiisnce on the publuc .

yes, u may take them as same...though sovereignty implies a supreme authority- king, ruler- who is under dominion of no power- means in the given territory and over a given population no power is above the sovereign...in that sense state is a sovereign entity; state sovereignty is exercised by the govt/ruler of the state...
