19:05 Yes, I was wondering if you were going to remember what Stoick said in teh first movie. He believed that she was dead and no longer with them. When he was having a chat with hiccup, he even said that his helmet was made of one of her old breast plates, to "keep her close." He planned on giving Hiccup the other matching helmet
One of the things that makes this entire trilogy so good is the score; John Powell just knocks it out of the park. In this movie, the track that plays over Stoick's funeral, titled "Stoick's Ship", is particularly heart-wrenching, combining the themes for both Hiccup and Toothless with "For the Dancing and the Dreaming," which is itself super wholesome. Can't wait for your reaction to the conclusion of the trilogy with The Hidden World! :D

Also, the jump in lighting and shading quality from the first movie to this one is pretty incredible. The first movie looked great for its time, but the clarity, detail, and realism of the lighting in this movie was a significant step forward in this style of animation.

Baby Hiccup started crying because the dragon accidentally scratched him on the chin, which is how he got the scar that his Mother recognized.
ive been watching quite a lot of your videos now and i have to say youre such sweet lady! i love how you react to certain scenes and how you could pick up details i would have never noticed! keep doing what you do ❤❤
16:35 he's actually crying bc the dragons claw clipped his chin and scratched him (it's how he got his scar) but your interpretation is adorable!
