Ok, I'll ask...
The rear section (trailer) you could make that float by using a tube of silicone.
But how would you make the front section that has the tracks and motor be able to float on water.?

Um, no thanks. It sounds like you've never done anything remotely close to what you are talking about. First of all it it would be way to big and cumbersome. Unless you only took it in a field or on a lake. It would be very heavy and suck on trails and slow in the water by design.
There is quite a bit to fabricating a vehicle like you speak of, to start with because it has tracks and not tires.

I would pay 1800 for that machine but in Canada they would want 10000 grand for it I built a snow dog with a 15hp motor cost me 800 dollars not 5200
