Salvatore Accardo has dedicated most of his professional life to playing Paganini's music. When you hear him play, the music flows naturally with virtuosity and beauty.
I can see that Paganini wouldn't be able to help a big smile if he saw many generations later an Italian fellow of his plays his works with such Paganini-like virtuosity and precision :).
I am sure Paganini is smiling and he is very pleased to hear his musical works and the many appreciations of the listeners ... So I am convinced that your comment also pleased him and he smiled satisfied there, in his world ... :)
Thank you for responding with such a beautiful way of looking at things. I have no doubt only a true art lover would deeply comprehend the beauties of a hearty appreciation and respond to it likewise. Thanks a lot :)
Thanks for the comment, I'm glad you liked the music! Poles also have wonderful music and many great composers from the classical and romantic periods. At least one, Karol Lipiński, whose music I admire beyond words, lived up to Paganini!
Its beyond my understanding how a person can be such an outstanding composer on 2 instruments simultaneous. I can hardly choose whether i like more Paganini on guitar or violin
Thanks so much for this comment! I agree with you, Paganini loved the guitar as much as the violin, the guitar being at that time a very fashionable instrument. His works for guitar and strings are definitely brilliant!
@gianlucalav Maybe my English is too poor and hence the misunderstanding: I never denied the use of the Warsaw Sonata in this concerto, I only said that "Le Streche" was also used. You can read this information anywhere: "The first theme of the majestic first movement, a theme that generates from "Le Streghe" (Witches's Dance) and the beginning of the second are also found in Paganini's "Sonata Varsavia" (Warsaw Sonata)." When I posted the concerto no. 5 with Franco Gulli playing the violin, I also gave this information.
Morte dell'anima
I agree with you, classical music is something else, that works on another level, a much deeper level with many layers below the surface. But often it takes time for this music to reach your heart and you feel pure joy. (however, let's not deny that there are other very popular musical styles... it depends on the age of the listeners... 🙂 )
This work appears on: Paganini, Works for Violin and Orchestra, Disc 2, Salvatore Accardo The Chamber Orchestra of Europe, label EMI Classics, 2CD set. If you are referring to the score (sheet music) I have seen that it can be bought from the net. (I'm sorry, I'm not a music specialist and I do not have it.)
Absolutely amazing 😊 Paganini played with the violin while he played it

Thinking of my Rumenian friend accompanied by Paganini's music is a great pleasure this rainy summer in my country.
Dear Pieter, what a coincidence! I listen too to Paganini's music these days!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kind thoughts!

@@sibarit101 Yes it's true. They just don't remember him like Paganini.

Thanks for this new information (the meeting at Rossini's home)
Saluti Nicola Giuliani.
Maravilhoso.Como toda a Música do grande Compositor italiano.Nao conocía está Sonata
The theme is transposed faithfully in Paganini 5th Concerto
Yes, that's right, and the theme from the first movement of this concerto generates from "Le Streghe" (Witches's Dance)

Mazurka from Elsner from his opera King Lokietek ( 1818 ). Paganini composed this as a present for Jozef Elsner ( 1829 , Poland )
Thanks a lot for this information.
I guess it starts at 6:44 followed by a set of variations.

Me encanta
What would we give to hear Paganini himself play this piece?
Super-Komposition
Gracias
Thank you too!
wonderful thanks for posting
Thank you!
Trying to find the mazurka by Elsner but I can only find the overture to the opera on CZcams.
