I would wish for that the mechanics at the Volvo dealer near my place were this knowledgeable. In not even 20 years I would be able to put everything together like you do. Amazing.

I work in the signage industry, we use a very strong glue called LORD by Parker, we bond aluminum together, mostly large aluminum sheets to aluminum angles (the structure). It works great, no fasteners or weld dimples.. clean and easy. It can harden uneven if not careful while clamping, requires equal pressure. Cures fast like body fillers. 👍

I was looking front fenders like "eww" but couple layers of paint really made them look good.
@@bay7695 that colour really helps too I think. If it was a darker colour I don't think it would look as good

That is a crazy build , love how the arch is wider after the wheel . Just to look at this is an epic creation and that is a small part of the big picture i fully imagine . Amazing and inspirational
My advice fixing and modifying cars, there is no deadline! The car is ready when it’s finished. Thanks for taking the time to film and so the complexity of building cars and making modifications. Next year, you will win you class at street week 2025
