We have the same exact boat and in 2019 we redid the whole thing damn near exactly as you did in, but we didn't see this video until today. Same downriggers and rod holders even. Lol Well done! Affordable platform and perfect for trying new spots on a calm day on the big lake and still fits the ramps on small lakes. We also have a 30 ft Tiara that we guide out of in the summer but we've got the StarCraft out to break ice this year (February) for El Nino on Lake Superior.
I just got gifted a 198- something StarCraft I/o that's been stored in a farms Quonset hut for 14yrs, heading out there this week to do some assessments, see what I need to do. I'm super excited, I like the way your floor turned out and I might look to put some post seats in as well.

Thanks! The back 5 foot of foam was wet and I replaced it. I did a couple test cuts in the front and the foam seemed dry.
