And you know better get rid of those coco trees around the cemented tructures for their roots will surely ruin them like the floorings, walls of that septic tank co'z coco tree roots are so strong that they will damage everything on their path. It's not easy to build a house specially near in the beach or island alots of woods to use its more strong and not stain from moist of the sea don't use steel its better bamboo
only thing that makes the construction longer is the curing of the cement... i hope your base is well cured and hard as we have ALOT of earthquakes here in the philippines. from the shape of it, i think you're gonna make a dome?
This is strange. Has the Philippine law on foreign acquisition of land property been changed? From what I know, it is still in the planning stage in Congress
That's why I posted a message here saying that hopefully everything is done legally. They are going to regret it later if there are under the table transactions done to acquire this land. Unless they are just leasing the land from the land owner then they are good to go. But they need a building permit to build their property.
I just assume that you guys were able to buy that land legally. Don't build something that can be legally taken away from you guys. Even foreign-owned corporations in the Philippines require a 60% Filipino majority before that corporation can buy a land. I don't know how you did it but I hope everything is legal. Building permits are needed. You are supposed to have a blueprint for the building that you are constructing.
If you in the province they don't need a permit or others documents, But if you in the city and civilized already it's much be need the all documents if build the house , I'm a Pilipina I build my own house in the province, not lots of people living I don't have a permit ..
Just look after your workers, treat them well and they will look after you and your project.
