Sapnap getting 3 canon wins and 4 overall wins in a row for events he's competed in is nuts. The organisers are gonna have a nightmare trying to make his team balanced for the next event
It's practically impossible to nerf him, the only way is they do a MCC 16 Green again, but still he would have a high chance of winning.
see it's hard to nerf him but also his last 3 teams were OP or at least the strongest team in the event. this is the only mcc where his team isn't the strongest in the event and he won (only event from the last 4 mccs)
just put him with like niki, sylvee, zeus

yellow yaks the “non-pvp team” winning survival games in full team as the first game was so amazing !! i’m convinced the fruitbeans (fruitberries + smallishbeans) duo are such a good mcc duo they also won sg together

So trueee. Even Dream (I was watching his pov on the first several games) got surprised when Joel ranked 1st in the first game (was it survival games?) because it is such a new scene to me. Also in the parkour tag, they wanted build mart but they did so good in the parkour tag and I'm more impressed how Joel improved a lot this mcc. Their skin is quite cute too

Always love the mcc top plays. One of my favourites wasn’t really a play but Purpled getting 3rd on his second event is impressive!

That SG from Yellow was so amazing, like if you knew Joel as a builder, you wouldn't expect him to do well in a PVP game, twice even (MCC 16 w/ Fruit as well), he had such a great event too

I'd say Joel is very underrated when it comes to pvp and such. Sure he specializes in building, but he's also amazing at other things in minecraft! :)

Honorable Mention: Phil, Illumina and Elaina trying to get on top of the balloon for 30 minutes (or more) after the event had finished. (Also who else wants to see Phillumina in future MCCs? Not the next one, though, because Phil already said he wouldn't be in it)

One of my favorite plays is tommy getting second place in hole in the wall just because it was really hetic from his point of view.
I know this is stupid, but can you analyze George’s sot. I feel like every clip of him is narrowly missing death, but I watched his pov for the first time and he actually plays very smart to benefit coins and he picks his battles wel.

@@RekaCath idk about his fault. iirc, his teammates(maybe sap only) kept calling him out to be going to the wrong path/direction but he actually is going to the right path. it's just that the way doesn't direct with the highlights on their skins.

About battle box. Sylvee plays a LOT of shooting games, and it was basically a shooting. So Sylvee, fruitberries, and Sapnap all popped off, cuz they have played VALORANT or COD before

That third round of dodgebolt was so frustrating to watch, it really put blue at a disadvantage because they only got 1 arrow while cyan got 2.
It was a bit unfair, but it was a 3v1. I feel like they would've won anyways no? And plus, Tubbo shouldn't have turned his back and punched the arrow as if it would magically work again. (No hate towards Tubbo, I love him.)
It was certainly unfair, but I highly doubt things would have gone any differently, considering how blue was already getting dominated
Technically, 5up should have held his arrow and wait for Noxcrew to fix it... the arrow has been glitched before and Noxcrew did fix it, so that's the best solution....
However even if 5up didn't want to wait, I believed he should have told Tubbo that he fired the arrow, Tubbo didn't even know that Cyan had an arrow because 5up didn't communicate it....
Overall however I don't think it would have mattered that much, so I don't think it's too big of a deal

So proud of all of the creators and all of these plays, but it breaks my heart to hear Dream say “I don’t know if we did good, I don’t think that was good” and still have his play in the top 10 😢 He needs a teammate that will force him to be nice to himself because he’s so hard on himself all the time. I would love to see TinaKitten and Dream team up because they are both great at lifting each other up and encouraging each other!!
Yes! Tina or someone like Pete would be perfect (though Dream and Pete is a bit OP) because they'd both just refuse to accept him taking it out on himself if something happened. It's the same reason Pete's really good with new people in MCC, he's great at getting people out of their own headspace when he needs to without adding any more stress to the moment.
I don't think it'd make a difference. I like to think that I have the same mentality as Dream, and I can tell you, there's no one who can tell you you did good if you genuinely think you did not, only yourself. What I think he needs is to learn to accept the bad events he may have in the future, even though it will annoy him... And grind more, which I'm sure he'll do
@@Marrrrley That's kind of what I meant with my comment but you said it better. Like, maybe he needs someone who will snap him out of it when he's dwelling on a bad moment rather than someone who will force him into thinking he did well if he thinks he didn't. He's super competitive and definitely sees all the tiny things he could've done better all the time, so it's more about acknowledging them and moving on, if that makes any sense.
Of course, that's easy to say as a fan on the outside. Who knows what he's actually thinking/going through in those moments.
That's one of the reasons I want him to team with 5up

My heart was just beating so fast when Dream was doing hard stuff in Sands of time
Love all of these! A huge favorite was Wilbur in survival game running and literally as the countdown was ticking off of the 1 in battle box, he broke a wool to win the round!
Illumina’s last four walls on the second round of Hole in the Wall were insane (especially the last one where he jumped across from one outer platform to another) so i think those should have been atleast a special mention for a future mcc moments.

From what I remember blue didn't get predicted 8th and if you're talking about cyan instead I didn't see anyone predicting them 8th

not gonna lie, tommy really should have a place at top ten for skybattle he popped off!! also parkour tag he had an amazing game. you can see how its imporntan for him to prove that he is a great player, and he should have got this

Pete doing 3 neos in a row in Hole in the Wall was crazy to me and the team Color cyan first round of dodgebolt win ever
I subscribe to Hbomb's theory about SoT George's skill outside of the memes... He knows exactly what he's doing and does some risky plays for The Content and to make HBomb and others React (thinking very specifically about how he clearly smirked and considered the Ravager pit this SoT before deciding against it). But he does ultimately play very well and knows the mob behaviour and SoT mechanics down pat. Thus his greedy clutch at the end!
Thought i'd see dream's hitw clutch but nevertheless this is an awesome vid💕

Alright, after this event happened, I'd love to see some things. First, I'd like to see next Sapnap's team and how they're gonna try to nerf him, since his team this event wasn't as strong (stronger than they expected though, given Zeus clear improvement). Then, I'd like to see MCC 17 Pink Parrots again, to give Fruitninja another chance (and to give Fruit and Illumina a chance to finally win a dodgebolt this season, since they are kinda throwing so many DB) with the simmers again, since it was a fun team and Zeus now is better than that Zeus... It'd be kinda broken though.
Finally and the thing I want the most, given Dream's performance this event (easily explained by his break of 3 months from MCC), I'd love to see him teamed up with Hbomb next event, since Scott uses last event performance to balance supposedly.... Or the pair I want the most, Dream+Pete, since Pete hasn't been as dominating lately, just to see how they perform with each other, that'd be a blast to watch. You'd have to balance the team though.
Underrated moment but Ponk popped OFF in Parkour Tag as hunter and runner! and there was a funny moment of them trapping Dream in a cobweb during BB :)
