SPT's main goal is to provide a separate offline singleplayer experience with progression out-of-the-box for BSG's official client. You can now play Escape From Tarkov while you're waiting for their servers to get back online, while you're disconnected from the internet or if you need to take a break from the cheaters.
The project is highly extensible, allowing you to customize many aspects of Escape From Tarkov's experience. From having all items examined by default to adding completely new weapons, or overhauling the bot behaviours, it's all up to you.
Play raids, do quests, or simply mess around in the weapon preset builder at your pace. Train your skills with visible progression.

gonna be honest, im really upset with the current state and direction of tarkov, SPT is literally the only thing keeping it alive to me at this point, and one day, it will absolutely be the only way to play tarkov.
considering BSG has said they are finally closing in on 1.0 tarkov spt might really take off
Spt is for people who are bad at pvp and or never wanted it, either way it will never be the experience you get from playing with real players. Feel bad for you that cant enjoy the game.

really like the raid 5 editing, not over the top, just jumps for the action. Love watching spt videos recently but most are unedited and really long full raids.

@@powerfsad also understand that he is not playing Live EFT, its a single player mod. Its a lot better than normal EFT rn because of the disgusting amount of cheaters on LIVE servers. And if you already knew all this just pay me no mind
