What level MR can fight Safi'jiiva.
My MR 116, guiding lands level 4 no quest slay safi'jiva.
There is only the Investigate Safi'jiiva quest.

Im very late but safi jiiva is a limited time event. Its ongoing right now so go for it

It switches between the Kulve Taroth and Safi Jiva siege every 2 weeks..
Today (20th Aril 2024) its back to Kulve Taroth for the next 2 weeks...(until Friday May 3rd)
After that you can start the Safi siege again, which will be up for 2 weeks until it switches back to Kulve again for 2 weeks and so on and on...
But keep in mind that you can only start the siege from the Gathering Hub..
Also you need to finish the Safi Recon at least once before you can actually participate in the siege... Its basically the tutorial in how to fight it.
The recon is always available so feel free to practice as Safi is actually quite a challenging fight...
