regarding sorcerer, three of your paws have been silenced and also instead of using ice element, which is the weakness of dragons, you've kept using thunder. So yes..

For Archer I would switch out Manifold Shot for Spiral Shot. If you have an element it will keep hitting that element constantly (ice for dragons) and even stun lock your targets-it even has an AOE effect. Also you can keep sending many Spiral Shots giving you hits while you run around to get a better position to get that Erupting Shot/Heavenly Shot where you want it.

Fun fact as a warrior vocation you can shoulder charge through most heavy attacks including dragon stump

augural flare with sorcerer combined with maelstrom will be an easy kill for most bosses
