I started dieting 3 months ago. I weighed 225 I now weigh 205. No donuts, ice cream, fast food. Absolutely was tough, but the results I’ve seen at the gym, make it all worthwhile. I feel great.
I was at 215. Went to 193 in 1 month. Stopped eating sugar, fast food, no soda. Ate one meal a day. Steak with avocado or salmon with avocado. Drunk water, lemon water, coconut water. Currently 198, gained 4lbs because I've gone back to eating fast food.

You’re right and I used to love graphic tees, but I did have to realize even though I can pull them off no problem, they do seem a little immature for My age.
@@AmariahKemet It depends on the content it's saying on the shirt, I'm 52, however I look like I'm in my late 30's. It mainly goes with your body type too, I'm athletic built so I pull them off with no problem... Dress for the occasion 🤷🏾♂️

Wearing sneakers is timeless... Just have to know when and where its appropriate
With suits it’s a no no. Yes I know young folks especially Russel Simmons and various rappers.

I wouldn’t give up the graphic tees. It all depends on the setting that you’re plan on attending
I don't care what anyone says, I rock some pretty rare horror & comic theme tees. I hang @flea markets, comic cons, county fairs, of course those spots, almost every other guy is sporting graphic tees.
I did find myself having an over abundance of graphic tees but nope so still keep a few around especially some of the retro hip hop or music bands or groups
@@CHRISMED2yeah and it’s a big market on the vintage ones from the 80’s 90’s and they’re going for $50-$80 for those T shirts and people love the distressed look of them too

Get rid of those clothes that do not fit you well , you know the ones I'm talking about the barely hang on the hanger. IF it looks better in the closet than it does on you !!! GET rid of it!!!

I did keep some wool slacks and a couple of sweaters from 40 years ago that I now fit. Get mamy complements on a fit and finish you do not see now.
Im 66 6 ft 2 180 pound's i still wear a 32 waist i don't wear t shirt out of the house i don't wear out clothes quickly im retired now

I feel you but it depends on how you pair the Jordans and where you are going . When I wear mine I tone down everything else I’m wearing so I’m not looking as if I’m trying to be a young boy . As long as they are not too colorful you can rock them. Remember, our generation made jordans popular ✌🏾😉

When I got out on my own a few years ago, I began the regular process of getting rid of clothes and shoes I just won't wear. It feels good to have less but better (for me) clothes. Doing this seasonally, as you suggest, is a great way to go.

If any article of clothing still smell after washing, i think you have to reevaluate your detergent or the food you eat.
