It fit fine, no other mods needed. i did purchase the cam/rocket kit for the xr100 and installed at the same time. i also got fmf pipe and xr100 carb, but if you really wanted to, you could just do the bore kit. perfect way to replace a worn top end, especially if you need a new cylinder.
My friends daughter out grew and upgraded so I'm taking it off his hands for $400 xr80r...now my daughter can join us on our ride..while I rebuild the ssr 125 pit bike that will be used as a spare or my nefew can ride since he spends lots of time with me..I'm currently riding a 2019 kx100..I'm shure they will enjoy riding as much as I do
Will the stock head from a 2002 XR80R fit onto the big bore cylinder? If the cylinder and piston diameter is bigger than stock, how does the stock 80cc head possibly fit?

Hey, im planning on getting this same kit, what bike did you install this on? And did you have to make any changes to fit the bore kit?
