I practised DUs with my old rope but never succeed. Then, I changed to new rope and can do DUs easily.
I just realize some skills depend much on the rope.
@pala pala I use PVC rope, but, almost ropes can do double under.
Yeah, I remember when I learned the rubble under cross and triple under.
I tore a Ligament in my left ankle, was in a car crash recently and was hospitalized... 2019 starting off strong with me getting back on the rope swing... Let's do this 💪🏽

Man I'm trying triple for a year. But didn't get mire than one. Any tips?

@ @@iamandres618 & Smonda02 Super, when I was learning triples, I would work up to them from singles in a set. 4 singles, 4 doubles, then jump slightly higher and increase the rope speed. It REALLY helps if you have an efficient/responsive rope. Mine is an RPM2.0 speed rope (great for these, not for tricks). Some tips: makes sure you keep your elbows in close and your wrists are doing the work. Try jumping without a rope and counting out loud to get the cadence right. 1-2-3-hit, 1-2-3-hit, 1-2-3-hit. Good luck!
