I don’t go to the gym (haven’t figured out how to fit it into the busy schedule yet) so I think it is a combination of my body type, lifestyle and the horse riding.
I ride at least 2x horses per day (focus on training my legs by spending a lot of time standing in the stirrups out hacking) and end up walking a lot as well running in the winter ☺️
