✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Black Chickpeas(काले चने) - 1 Cup
* Water(पानी) - 2 Glass
* Lemon(नींबू) - 2
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Coriander Leave(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
* Salt(नमक) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - 1 Tbsp
* Cumin Powder(जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1 Tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Mint Powder(पुदीना पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Citric/Dried Mango Powder(सिट्रिक/अमचूर) - 1Tsp
* Oil For Frying(तलने के लिए तेल)
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
First of all take a Black Chickpea and keep it aside, after that put water in a small vessel and keep it for boiling, then pour boiling water in those gram and boil for 4 minutes.
After that put 1 to 2 kitchen Napkins in a vessel, after that take out those Chickpeas from the sieve and put the Chickpeas and keep them for 8 hours, then the next day put those chickpeas on a grater and beat them lightly. pestle. Place on butter paper or plate
For Masala Salt, Black Salt, Cumin Powder, Chaat Masala, Crushed Red Chili, Kashmiri Red Chili, Mint Powder, Citric or Dry Mango Powder, grind them all, followed by Onion, Coriander and Lemon Cut it finely and keep it. one side.Then with the help of a Big sieve, roast all the Chickpeas on a medium flame, take out a Big Bowl and mix the ground spices in it. After that put some gram in a plate and put Onion, Green Coriander, Spices and Lemon Juice in it and in this way it is ready to serve.
