I think the last time I whipped a Donut was in 2002 in NYC because I turned down the wrong way on like 5th Ave and had to do some evasive moves haha. I kinda miss doing donuts
Stock 9 bolt or did you put a locking differential in? I have an 87 iroc-z with a limited slip 3:27 9 bolt that burns posi all day until you turn right and it turns into a one tire fire lolol 🤦🏻♂️
Nice IROC Z But why do you have those hideous wheels and hood on it? The original louvered hood and IROC wheels look so so so much better! Why s their such a wheel gap between tires and fenders?
I totally agree with you that's when I bought it and I can't find any iroc wheels anywhere so I bought a set of c6 corvette wheels for it and for the hood well again it was on it when I bought it but It needs a hood with a cowl like that because the engine air filter would hit the hood that way it can close I have a 383 under the hood with a big air filter so I would have to get a low profile filter for it
@@loosewire81 Ok, upon rewatch I think I thought it was basic cowl induction raised hood but I see now it's the whatever Corvette style bump, it's not gaudy or garish or anything, looks good. Anyway, I can tell ya' hoods come and go. That 83 Firebird started with the plain flat SE hood, then my girl wrecked it into the back of a F-150 cuz my brake booster was leaking so I upgraded the front to the 85-90 style with the fog light holes and had a GTA style hood with the vents and eventually a crossfire injection style hood with the offset scoop and hooked up the electronic flapper to always open on a toggle switch unless it was dusty road or raining. UR doing fine! Cool car, I drove a few friends Irocs like this back in the day and did a few burnouts, rock on!
Yea I bought the car with those wheels on trust me that was the first thing to go I hated to look at the car with those wheels on now I got a set of c6 wheels I can't find the stock rims for it and I can't find the stock hood neither these parts are very hard to find but I always keep lookin around to have it look original as possible

@@loosewire81 You can get a drop base for the cleaner to go over a Holley if needed, I like ur hood, maybe needs adjustable lower coil overs up front?

Rebuild 383 stroker and build transmission t5 it's almost ready to fire up
