    curveBridge brush needs two curves.
    1. create cylinder to provide geo for the curves. (give it enough polys for masking to work.)
    2. mask out two circles on top and bottom of cylinder.
    3. ctrl w - to make masked circles into a polygroup.
    4. isolate that dual-circle polygroup by ctrl shift clicking on it. delete hidden.
    5. use polish to smooth polygroup.
    6. select curveBridge brush and draw the two curves along the periphery of each circle. (use shift key when you touch the edge)
    7. voila. you have new mesh. Click on new mesh to delete curves.

Thank god for this. 480 p video with no audio was much less useful XD

I followed your instructions step by step. I got the skirt, but it looks see-through and the bottom looks flat. It doesn't look hollow like in the video tutorial.

Brilliant! Nice job,but there are few steps that I can't understand ;-; ,
is that possible to asking you for some help, like "add some words to explain how did you use the tools"?
    I JUST CANT UNDERSTAND" 0:50~1:04" ;-;
    Well,still fantastic!
without your tutorial, making skirts gonna spend hours.....

      Hello 楊哲瑜,
I try to explain the time line 0:50 - 1:04
      Step1:
The cylinder was separated to 3 poly groups. ( skirt top, skirt bottom and other unnecessary part)
So, delete the unnecessary cylinder part using following tool.
Tool -> Modify Topology -> Del Hidden
      Step2:
Create 2 curves around the skirt top and bottom part edge by using following tool.
Stroke -> Curve Functions -> Frame mesh
      Step 3:
Create skirt base shape by using CurveBridge brush.
Sorry for my poor english explanation..

Umm.. is that possible to learn some topology skills from you?
I just can't figure out an easier way to do stuffs in a efficient way, but your work on the skirt illumate me:)
