It's been alot of work starting a coffee farm and in this video we finally get to plant coffee at the farm in Nicaragua. I walk you through the process from seed to planting. I hope you enjoy cheers!

Hi there, how do you bring the coffee to the Bay Area ? Do you have to work with someone else to do the import/export process?
Hi! you work with an exporter to ship it out of the country and importer to bring it into a new country.
Hello. I'm sorry if you have already explained it in the video. I problably missed it, but how many acres are you going to plant in total? how big is your finca?
Hey! Total it will be 15-25 acres. The farm is 77 acres total.
@@EmenseCoffee Thanks for your answer. It's very inspiring to see you in this endeavour since I'm at a crossroad to decide if go further with a similar projet, interestingly also in Nicaragua. Next month me and my wife will made our mind up about it. I would like to understand why are you planning to use only one third of the total area. Isn't the other two thirds arable land? or are you planning to do it in future stages? Thank you and I wish you nothing but the best!
@@Epopteya good question! The reason I don’t plant the full land is because some parts are jungle that I plan on protecting and some are water sources. Other areas are for homes and coffee processing.

Thank you! It was the same ones, a portion of the seeds ended up sprouting and developing! It worked out in the end! More to plant this upcoming year!
