    I think Bahskir is Tatar dialect. The only difference between them is some simple sound changes. For example S-H J-Y... A Tatar understand %100 Bashkir.

      @umniareport7385 Před 7 měsíci +10

      Basically like southern Europeans with a lot of East-Asian features. They are Turkic people settled over the Uralic and nomadic Iranian substrates. You can google "bashkir people" and the images in general would be pretty accurate

    Why Bashikir in latin sricpt???? We write it only in Cyrilic. I have never seen someone who have been writting Bashkir with Latin script. I don't think that people who(as I am) where learning Bashir at school will be able to fully understand this text

    • @thraciensis3589
      @thraciensis3589 Před 7 měsíci +11

      Are you against Latin script and connecting with other Turkic languages? Most are switching to Latin now. Latin alphabet is a door for reading international languages like English, Spanish, French, German and so many others. Russians intentionally created different Cyrillic characters for the same sounds in the Cyrillic alphabets of Turkic languages. So it is harder for them to read each other's writings. "Divide and conquer" policy! Putin threatened independent Central Asian Turkic countries, not to change to Latin script before, but they do not fear Putin as much anymore. They are changing to Latin. Putin threatened Kazakhstan, not to use latin script and keep Russian as official language, otherwise Northern Kazakhstan may be invaded like Ukraine. Kazaks fear Russia less now. Russian is not a language of international science, culture, etc. It is English. There is no comparison. Russian language's influence is rapidly decreasing in the world..Your brotherly language, Turkish is gaining popularity, due to Turkish series and movies are being watched around the world Soft power of Turkey is rising. At least one Turkic language is really thriving. Other Turkic languages in Russia are decreasing sadly, as they are under occupation.

      2 reasons: Bashkirs outside Russia use Latin script, also it was used around 1924 as only script. Also nobody can read that different Cyrillic system based scripts. Also the audience is English-speaking mostly

  • @Meow-ml5hv

    Why Kazakh have heavier Russian accent than Bashkir? I thought Bashkirs should be more influenced by Russian since they are still part of Russia.
