i dint know this was new since from 1.19.10 came out!
My favorite part about this update is if u do /execute as @p[ ] inside the [ ] there's a new hasitem feature. It let's u detect items and detect where and if your holding them. So u can detect if an item is being held and execute a command with it. Combine that with your sonic boom attack in the video u can create a become the warden creation with only command blocks and even give it special attacks! I haven't tested that yet but theoretically it's possible.
It's just quite sad because it's 1 sonic boom = 2 command block (particles and damage) so if you want longer range you need even more command blocks

@@pandabloxplays2577 as a man who is currently trying to make this with actual wither skulls (you cant summon wither skulls, but u can /structure save and then load them, but for some reason when loaded the go with like 1 block per 3 seconds speed and only go in one direction, you have to constantly tp them to where the player is facing, and it doesnt even look that great) i think this is will be a piece of cake 😂

you deserve this sub, I was so confused on the update, but when I started figuring it out I mixed up "positioned as" as the original execute command before the update, thanks for clarifying that "at _ as _" would clone the original. (to be specific I was using the "^" markers and was confused as to why they were only going in one direction lol)
Yes, without "positioned" , we are excuting the entity as if they were standing completely on the block they were on (almost like a rounding mechanism). So if you were standing on x=3.12,y=4.00,z=4.68, it would most likely run the particle at positions 3.50, y=4.00,z=4.50
Overall, i love this so much how they are slowly adapting to java comman syntaxes

I've filmed my intro inside a black concrete box and pretty much everything is command block guided (/kill @p, /replacement item, etc) also I've recorded the totem popping and totem particles separately and the rest are video editing

Because of this update. The videos of tutorials on how to make commands/command blocks do this and do that, got even more complicated. Now i cant use the commands that others used from the past

Great Video man! this will definitely help me out a lot! 1 question for the as + at + positioned command, what do these arrows ( ^ ^ ^2) at the end of the command do?
That means direction from the target, it's like ^(left/right) ^(up/down) ^(front/back)
So in perspective ^ ^ ^2 means 2 blocks in front of me

Yeah i am self-taught in the new commands, All i did was emulate some systems then translated it to the new commands. Currently making a map of a Command Block dependant game.
How do you detect if a player is standing on concrete 1 using this new syntax?

I was so confused as fricked when I got surprised by this I sticker to old one now since I need it and couldn't turn of the experimental settings back to norm now I have to learn it at least they didn't break my custom raid mini game even if the execute commands were still same they still made it work
Oh yeah, just don't touch your old command blocks because it will update once put or remove anything in there

I wanna know why the changed it, it was fine the way it was before.
I was making a minecraft map with abilities and when I updated the game the world wouldn't work and I didn't touched it for awhile, I was honestly confused cause the original execute command is more simpler and is easier to do

before 1.19 i used to be able to use the "/execute (name) fill" command as a way to move and remove/fill blocks under me when i move, is there a new command for that feature or is the host fill command removed?
You can still do everything you could do using the new execute command, the only difference is you would need to type slightly longer commands since they added a lot of new functions
So in short use this format,
execute as (target selector) at @s positioned ~~~ run (command)
It works exactly the same as the old execute command

You can find the autofill addon and others on bedrock tweaks, it's called chat tweaks under GUI

or you can use hacker's keyboard found in Google play so you can tab to auto-complete a command
really sad they removed /detect i used that in a lot of my worlds
The old execute command was more simpler and easy to use but now it's to complicated I've lost hope on even touching the execute command because every time I see these "as" "if" "run" I see total bullsh!t like when I want to execute myself the old way I need to use execute @p ~~~ boom easy but now you need these execute as @p?? Or run?

How would I make an entity with a name summon objects with the player being in a certain radius of the entity
I guess you can use this command that I just came up with;
/execute as @a at @s if entity @e[name=(mob's name),r=5] unless entity @e[type=(object you want to summon),r=5] run summon (object you want to summon)
This theoretically summons the object you want when you are 5 blocks near a named mob unless the object already exist

The new execute command is pretty simple actually, most of the time you will need /execute as @p at @s run... So to make your command it will look something like this
/execute as @p at @s run particle... and so on
In summary, the old execute command;
/execute @p ~~~ (command)
is equivalent to
/execute as @p at @s positioned ~~~ run (command)

The old execute command is working fine last time I play I used execute command whenever I need to fill the air like
[Repeating Command Block]

In this way I can instantly spawn 5 blocks high planks

Also if you're not used to the new execute command, just use this format;
/execute as @[ ] at @s positioned ~~~ run [command]...

Oh that’s in part two like execute yourself and like execute to see if there’s a block in ^ ^ ^1 of you (1 block in front of your looking direction) and then activate a command.

How to use the setblock command?
I have 100+ command blocks in my world with a lot of the old execute command, strange enough, they still works but when I place a new command block down with the same old command, it doesn't work! And now I have to relearn this command

Well I mean throwing a stick? Use the /execute if command like if a stick is in r=2 then execute @p ~ ~ ~ run tp @p ^ ^ ^6, something like that.

With multiple test armor stand not just one
I have already found the answer as to why it does not work. It's because they changed the facing command. At the end type facing ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ I STEAD OF facing ^^3^6

This should work /execute as @e[type=armor_stand,name=Chest] at @s run setblock ~ ~-2 ~ redstone_block
- I don't think @r works on non players
- You don't have to put " " on names (unless you named the entity like that)
- You don't need to add positioned if the ~ ~ ~ part of the old execute command has no value
- You need to put run to run a command on execute now
/execute @e[type=arrow] ~~~ summon lightning_bolt

Hmm, check your Minecraft version if it is beta 1.19.10 or higher if you're using any of that check you're world settings the "Upcoming creator features" is turned on
Quick remake every thing command and start over
Java command and bedrock command are no different now
still different atleast the scoreboard which is way better on java and such bedrock commands like
