With admit in community college its efect on visa interview.
It's always advisable to have an admit from good university. I would never suggest you to proceed further with community college

Why choose this university
Lincoln university meets my financial and academic requirements so it is best university for me after searching past 5 five months i came across to many universities who offer this course and provide placement after completion the course but it is not my motto i want to study in USA an affordable price i didn't want to compromise with the quality of the service and faculties provided by university

Can students work in USA ?
Yes you can work "On Campus" for 20 hours per week. That means you have a privilege to work for 80 hours per month. You can maximum earn $ 800 per month ( 80 hours * $ 10 ).
Note: Minimum wages varies from States to states. Where I am living ( Buffalo, NY) minimum wage is $ 11.10 per hour. My course is rigorous that's the reason I only work for 10 hours per week.

I will say do not mention any Facebook group. You just mentioned that you did a lot of research over internet and compared the curriculum of different universities. Also, you have compared the ranking of universities on different journals and website.

My vo gave me a green paper and said that he can't issue my Visa rn. It wasn't even the yellow paper where vo's are supposed to circle the reason of Visa refusal and it wasn't even the green paper that is supposed to be given to the accepted students.The green paper does not include any of the reason my Visa was disqualified. However, it looks similar to the one that I once got from the USEF library previously. Later when I came out of the embassy i figured my passport was signed but again was scratched by the same pen.
I'm really confused.

I would say that Your answers should be straight, simple and to the point in 1-2 sentences

1. Why USA - I am going to United States to pursue my Masters in Management Information System from
University at Buffalo also known as SUNY Buffalo.
2. WHY THIS COURSE - I choose MIS over other because MIS is combination of Business and Technology. In order to become a Project/program
Manager, I need to know the core area of business along with latest technology.
3. WHY THIS COLLEGE - SUNY Buffalo is top tier public research university.
Course Curriculum are designed with latest technologies like IoT, Blockchain, Machine
Learning. There is Active research in my area of Specialization. Also Tuition and Living cost is less as compared to other Universities.
