Rounded Shoulder

  • Ever see someone with rounded shoulders? Rounded shoulders happen when then the ribcage gets stuck in the “crunched position”. The crunched position can reduce shoulder mobility.
    If you want to change the rounded shoulders and improve mobility you need to reduce the crunch.
    Getting muscles on the front of the body to relax reduces the crunched position.Prone breathing is my favorite way to do this.

      The same for me. At I thought it would counterproductive but I gave it a try… and after push ups my chest started to open up and I felt better and breathed better

    Don't do weight lifting do breathing exercises.... Kinda think this isn't great advice 😢

      Improving breathing mechanics is by far the most efficient way to fix posture.

      Oxygen is key, and quite vital for all exercises. You should try Wim Hof.

    Just hang on a bar fully stretched guys... By far the easiest thing.

      @@andstriker you don't have enough shoulder flexion to hang without compensation and that would be posterior lower compression which will push you forward
