Thankfully i was in a 4 legs position a lot when i was younger (because i liked to pretemd to be a dinosaur a scientifically accurate dinosaur because i was a dino nerf and i miss those times) so it gave me a sort of boost in quadrobics.
How do you run on all 4's down stars head first? (the stares at my hose are inclined 60 degrees) i tried and tried, but i feel like my rear limbs are way to long to move without hitting the stairs or looking weird/unnatural
Could you make a longer video where your ability to run on all fours can be appreciated, I love that and in your videos only part of the camera is shown and you cannot appreciate 100 percent of your ability, greetings, you run very well on all fours, you have a lot of potential, keep it up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🎉
you make it look so easy and natural! just a thought... anatomically are we not more like bunnies than wolves or dogs? apart from the long feet, our hips are better built for squatting than trotting, so would it work if we were to go right left or left right with the arms and hands, followed by a unison "hop" with the "hind legs" that reaches outside of the hands/arms? this is how bunnies run and they can extend their bodies very long while running, our torsos are quite long and they have far shorter front legs than wolves/dogs or horses, and we do have shorter arms than legs as well... also, there is far greater drive with both legs such as in a squat than with single alternating legs... just a hypothetical thought! :D i tried it out just then and it is quite a workout xD but quite easy to coordinate for a beginner compared to alternating single legs at least... lolll Can you please try and do a video on this? :D what a talented primal human!!
Please curl your fingers or at least don't spread them like spider legs. It puts too much pressure on them and can cause them to break. I have to say this is very impressive either way!
