(7:10) My cat is a rescue cat. I was walking along the riverside and heard a kitten mewing. I found her all tangled up in fishing line. I cut her free, and then and there she decided she was my owner. I had to take a crash course in how to look after a cat, and five years later she is still as adorable to me as the first day I met her. She is a lovely light grey colour, so I named her Smoke. One of the best things that has ever happened to me.
Cats are the best. I'm glad you happened upon her that day for her sake and yours.

At 7: 19 my heart weeps. For that's probably how we lost several cats in our lives. People don't know, that cats can have an over 3 mile radius from where they live. This cat might not have been abandoned at all! Your 'helping' might just have devastated a family, frantically waiting for their cat to come home every morning.
Don't just take cats with you! One of our cats screams her head of when she wants in the house, but we are not there (like for an hour...). Twenty yards from our house she was taken away, when she was still a kitten! Luckily she scratched the curtains of the people who abducted her! So they didn't want to keep her. Meantime, I had cried my eyes out for her!
Another time we were in between two houses and stayed in a holiday house for a few months. All of a sudden one of our cats didn't return. Pretty sure someone thought, that she was left behind. She had a band with the phone number of the old house... Cell phones weren't a thing then. People think they do well, but all they do is hurt other people badly.

It has always been a curiosity for me, how in the heck do the deer get in the middle of the frozen lakes, hundreds of meters from any shore, as long as in all the clips they appear that they can't move nor an inch?? !!!
How about the cow or the horse? These would never be so far from anything that would be considered their habitat.

My remark was only related to the place where these deers are found: on the ice, in the middle of it, not anywhere near the shore, and you can't not ask you self, how they got there as long as they can't move on the ice nor a single cm.

@@marinazagrai1623 For me the wonder is not how they get there in the lakes area, so far from their home, for me, the only weird thing is how they get in the middle of the frozen lake, in the middle. They can't walk nor a cm on ice surfaces, nor a single cm, so I guess only if someone (to be read: humans) took them there, and after that they start the big "rescue" footage.
Terra, most likely the deer was not fatigued or exhausted is it walk out to the middle of the lake, and therefore was able to keep its feet under it. But after some time on the on the ice, fatigue set in and it became more and more difficult for the deer to keep its legs underneath it. So it ends up sprawled on the ice and unable to get back to its feet.
Wanting to be petted is a LOng ways from Asking for help. exactly do they ASK anyway?
So sad that's not a wild bunny in the pool but domestic one. Someone dumped it or they did to put in the pool just for likes and view, that is cruel if they didn't get him or her to nearby shelter or it's their own bunny that seems off

I think,when animals need help cause of an unnatural event (human cause), we have to do something. When its natural, nature is nature, we don't have to interfer.
