You only need a good phone to get high quality videos nowdays, I just got all of this on my Samsung s22 ultra and nearly ran out of battery but just held in there.
This one here is the best in Aus from a spectators point of view and its at Sydney Dragway, Summernats also is great with plenty of tuff cars but the viewing is very poor for spectators for the burnouts. You cant go wrong with either but brashernats is more action packed.
I don't ever want to be a burnout judge lol but I'd go for the guys putting in more risk that bring the crowd. It genuinely rips competitors souls out when they absolutely kill it on the pad and don't get looked at. Lynchy won last year and the comments are all positive. I do think it needs to change personally, but It isn't going to happen as the judges have a preference of what they like more and want to score high. Gen Z are the main target audience for burnouts and they want fast and loose so thats what I'd be rewarding.
As mentioned at the Drivers Briefing, if any competitor has an issue with the judging, call the head judge (Aaron Mackley). He even called out his personal number for the drivers to note down. Would you like it again so you can call him and discuss your concerns? Aaron is eager to speak with any burnout competitor that needs clarity.

@Mike Hunt thats what the judges want, the smoke and the constant rpm with no limiter. Risk doesn't seem to be rewarded as much as it should.
