Yeah!Joggins!
Because of Goggins I now wake up at 4:30 am everyday and do a 3 mile run followed by 30 minutes of jump rope and 15 minutes of cool down stretch’s.
I’ve also finished 4.5 books in the past two months and completed stopped using Instagram I’ve never been so focused as well as happy with myself…he’s completely changed who I am just by giving us his wisdom
Glad to hear it brother

Love to hear Goggins success stories, great man! ❤
How is it going? Give us an update bro
During the pandemic i became unemployed and went into depression over 2 years. I found Goggins and started reading and watch videos of him daily. Builded up a fighter in me i never knew was there. Last month i was rewarded with the employe of the year in my new work place. Im so thankful for this human right here.
Congratulations to you, very proud of you and your effort.
Brilliant mate you’re doing great
Congrats to you!
Graduations! Where do you recommend watching videos of him? Does he have his own channel or do you just find them randomly?
Congratulations!
"Confidence comes from the things you have built" ... What a statement
Goggins has no idea how many people he has inspired to be better. I will run 1000 miles this year ONLY because I have tuned into his philosophy. I'll be 61 in two weeks and haven't run since I was in HS. After reading Cant Hurt Me in late 2018 I started running. 6-8 miles is routine now, but starting out was rough. Now I'm 20 lbs lighter and in the best shape of my life thanks to David Goggins.
how much would you run in the beginning when you just restarted?
@@phillv 3-4 miles, but had some knee issues about a month or two in.Its been a slow and steady progression for sure. Had another injury on side of knee a couple years ago. When the injuries came I was unsure whether I would be able to continue and questioned if it was even smart to run, they healed up fine and now I have no problems at all. Pre-Goggins days I would have quit and just chalked it up to being too old to run. Not any more!
@@wordpressobsessed9067 Thank you for sharing, now you're the one inspiring others!
Hey! Nice, I just started training for a 5k, mid 40's. Same, used to be a sub 5 minute mile, fastest in the 4:25 to 4:30 ish range. Now? I'd be lucky to clock a 10 minute mile (probably 12 maybe 15 lol) I'm doing my best but damn it's hard, that first mile sucks. I've started slow, get the lungs used to it and that helps alot, pick up the pace after I feel like I'm used to it. Still it's hard.
I also started listening to his book "Can't hurt me" on audible. Yea, this guy is something else!
i've worked out but not pushed myself in years and i'm 43 now. i hadn't run since i was in my 20s and did a bunch of dmage to my achilles and calves so it hurt. i recently started again and am loving it. i've just been doing 3 miles 3x a week to start and my legs are sore as hell from it but i'm really hoping i can build up to 6 - 8 miles like you. that's incredible, good for you :) i wanna be like you.
David Goggins is the real-life embodiment of an unstoppable force.
He sounds low on energy in this video. He needs to rest and start eating more. I believe he has a unhealthy relationship with food. Hopefully he recognizes the importance of nutrients and how to incorporate balanced and enjoyable eating. Until i studied nutrition myself. I realize this is a major obstacle for many people, and the cause of many eating disorders.
@@YTStopCensoringFreedomOfspeech how did u study nutrition
Stay Savage.
@@YTStopCensoringFreedomOfspeech He doesn’t need a mommy. Use that analytical brain to get yourself right because we all know you’re not on his level.
@@MrSilus2000 only a fool cares about status. I'm merely pointing out something about David in hopes he reads it, decides to study nutrition himself or consult a dietian or nutritionist to learn more. I enjoy seeing David achieve his goals and be inspiring. I never once measured my status or his. You reek of insecurity to even bring up status.
David Goggin will always say; Don't stop when you're tired. Stop when you're done. It’s such a blessing that my partner and I aren’t just married, but we’re also each other’s best strategic partner in the gospel and in business. We compliment each other and we have an Adviser to work with. Praise God!! And thank you for this awesome content!

I'm a bachelor 27 yo with a pronounced belly, never exercised much and have horrendous stamina. I'm trying to reach my first target for my run of 2km or 1.25 miles without stopping. It's been suffering so far, but every time I keep at it I definitely see improvements and it becomes much easier. Trust the process brahs!
Awesome. Stay hard 💪
Great going, best of luck with it 👍
Do keto and IF and run. Once the excess weights off reintroduce carbs but keep with the IF. You'll realise how far you can run once the excess is off. Keep going. No point doing the exercise without the diet. Diet first. Good luck
I’ve been there! Now I’m running 4.5km without stopping in 35minutes, aiming to 5km! Let’s go brother! Congratulations 💪
Y'all giving me hope now. I can run 30 min on a treadmill, but can't run a km outside. I am working on that.
This man changed my entire life, my beliefs and my self awareness. During and after the pandemic i felt like a pile of trash - I now got myself together and dicsipline myself - Workout daily with the "nickels & dimes" next to going to the gym - he raised me out of depression. I am 58 and no one believes me as i might have an athletic appearance of a 25 year old. I cant express how grateful i am that my destiny sent this man into my life - Thank you David.

So many David Goggins videos are ruined by a loud and intrusive music track, necessitating subtitles. This one was a blessed exception. I shall watch it several times, to absorb all the wisdom.
I’ve been listening to David for a while now, I cannot fault his work ethic but I’ve never seen him feeling joyful, or happy or content! It’s ok to feel these things and still be disciplined and driven!
some ppl find joy and happiness in working hard. Like the ppl who like to solve puzzles all the time; there's a satisfaction and peace of grinding yourself. unless you are a mind reader, you don't know what he's feeling.

This production quality is truly stunning
To me, Goggins is an absolute stellar role model in terms of work ethic and determination.
However, I never get the joyful/happy vibes from him - it is always more on the verge of someone who is always quite serious and somewhat tense. Whichever video I see him in, whether it be his own motivational speech or an interview, he always exudes these rough feelings.
Another role model for me, to contrast by, is Kipchoge. When I watch his videos, you can just feel the massive amount of happiness and joy that shines from his personality.
I feel that they are both absolute beasts, but come off almost as polar opposites in terms of their public outlook, so to say.
@@ellamayy2k you're just lazy. You'll never understand people like him.

This was a great interview. I love that he says he focuses on his daily resume. Love that! This was great! - I, myself, am a runner and get my running done early in the morning so I can get it out of the way and check it off my list, and forget about it. I don't let anything get in the way of me and my morning runs.
@dejuren I don't hate my runs lol. I choose to, as I said, "get it out of the way" because it takes time and I can get distracted with other things on my To-Do list. I love my runs when I'm out there and feel even better when my runs have been completed.
Okay bit David runs because he hates it. It’s a mental thing.
@Red Fox what's your point? OK, David hates runs and it's a mental thing for him. Sooo.....??? I don't get it. David doesn't represent all runners.
@@courtneyjones-laweka1716 you should be asking Goggins that. What’s HIS point?

Thank you Paul. This was a very inspiring video. “Being a better version of yourself”

Because of David Goggins I get up at 3am. I run 7 miles before breakfast, jump rope 30 mins and bang out 50 pull ups and 50 chins before I leave for work. 9-5 construction, then I run home from the site - 3 miles! When I get home I do climbing wall for 30 mins before dinner. I finish my day with a 2 mile swim across the river by my house. That's my routine - 6 days a week! Goggins you are an inspiration!
Nice and people are complaining in the comment section that it's easy for Goggins, because he doesn't have a job.
"Don't let dream's become your master...be the master of your dream's!" Love it
David is my morning inspiration and has changed my attitude towards working out, his attitude is "zero the scale" I call it, whatever you put into working out was in the past, start from zero credit to yourself and now do this work out , and instead of boasting how much you "have done so far", keep saying "what I do now is the what it counts". Chris you have a beautiful tone of voice to listen to, like your contribution to the interview.
I just ran 10km in the morning with no food but but with just water at beginning. From 6km onwards my inner-self was gonna give up. F*** it, But I keep pushing. MENTAL is everything. Ur mind can do more than you ever could imagine. All thanks to David Goggins’s true inspiration. STAY HARD!!!

Actually used to buy into a lot of this stuff but recently have found that inner confidence comes from abundance and actually being happy with what you lack. This means that you don’t have to rely on the external world for your inner state of mind.
Would you mind putting that into the words of a commoner of this world for me?
@@denispetsch7769 A lot of it comes down to a process of letting go of getting something out of things you are pursuing. For instance if you can become comfortable with how you look then you don't need to necessarily go to the gym and get gains to feel good about yourself. This doesn't mean that you don't exercise but it comes from a position of being inspired to do as its something you enjoy for the process of it alone.
