When u coming to my house to cook
I am Ex Durbanite living in Cape Town I never did my curry this way. My one always tasted good and my family still love me to do it when I visit.
This isn't a curry Nelson, this is a mutton Kalya, it can also be made with chicken. The addition of yogurt and the selection of spices sets it apart from the traditional indian curry. Try it out sometime so you will know the difference. You might like it. Its a special dish made on special occasions like Eid, Weddings & religious get togethers. It is served with naan, mini rolls or roti. Famous amongst the muslim community and we still enjoy mutton curry made the traditional way.
@@rubinalimalia7947 sorry I get it now. , I used to be a manager for a Muslim company, most Fridays after the prayers I used to get a taste of this, naan khaliya. It tasted great.
