Thank you Dr Harms! You are the first person, that has been able to break down this complicated information, into a way I can understand! We are so close.... and to learn that we are really looking at three DIFFERENT targeted areas and within each of those three, to have so many researchers/pharms targeting possibilities... that is truly uplifting. THANK YOU!!!!

Hi. I have a friend who has FSHD2. I have been following the research of David Sinclair and other highly respected scientists om longevity and autophagy. A lot of this research shows that it can be possible to turn on or of genes throug lifestyle-choises. Fasting, Hiit-training, heat/cold exposure.. and allso through the use of Reservatrol and to increase the level of NAD in the body by taking NMN (NAD+). What are your thoughts on this. If following this path,do you think it can be possible to slow down the procss or even fix this problem??

I notice a reduction in pain when taking cold water baths. Increase pain when doing heavy exercises. And i am hearing this more from other FSHD2 patients
