- The difference between DON'T and DOESN'T in English.
- We look at how to make negatives sentences in the simple present tense using DON'T and DOESN'T.
- We learn about using the base form of the infinitive after the auxiliary don't or doesn't.
- We see examples of negative sentences using HAVE and GO and the change in the verb in third person (he, she, it).
- We see some common mistakes when making negative sentences.
- Finally there is an exercise where you need to complete sentences using DON'T or DOESN'T.

I have a video about can't.... watch that one.
czcams.com/video/SeLYwHeOodM/video.html
I have a question why the affirmative with s but the negative is without s? Thanks
The same rule as negative sentences... we use the base form of the infinitive.
Ok thank you
clear lesson
Thks
You're welcome
every day 4 vedios I watched
* I watch 4 videos every day.
😁🤭I'm sorry
lo que no entiendo es porque e visto a muchas personas que usan el don't con he y she como en:
he don't care o she don't know
Muchas veces por falta de educación o por el ámbito donde crecieron.
También es un error muy común entre los que están aprendiendo inglés.
Thank you very much for video.
Thanks sir....
Jack&jill DOESN'T want to go up the hill ...is this sentence correct
It is explained in the video.
Hello sir
Why when we negative the sentence (she has a cat) use have
You tell us the last lesson the has take just (he,she,it)
I really confused
In the lesson I explain that for negative sentences you use the BASE FORM OF THE INFINITIVE.
The infinitive is TO HAVE
The base form is just HAVE.
It is HAVE for all subjects.
Oh ,thank you now l understand
thank from italy
You're welcome.
* Thanks .... or Thank you.
@@WoodwardEnglish Yeah, He now knows about that.
This doesn't relate to me . Is it a correct sent?
Thanks a lot, Sir.

I have a question, why is number 7 not doesn’t when Jack and Jill are classified as he/she/it? Thanks in advance.
Jack and Jill = They
Jack and Jill don't....
They don't...

Have you watched the video?

Good lesson I just subscribe your channel. Thanks for your lesson.
❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Sir can we say that I don't angry with anyone, is grammar correct, please reply
It is not. Correct way would be "I'm not angry with anyone." Due ro the be form "am" you don't need a "don't", 😄
You can also say... I don't GET angry with anyone.
Thanks a lot
Does refers to the 3rd person singular pronouns he , she , it. Used in questions negative clauses n impersonal subject forms. Roughly speaking. I know this info. Proper nouns take the 3rd person singular form.
One question, please:Why not"have not,or haven't ", but use "don't have or doesn't have"?
haven't is used with a past participle.
I haven't eaten ...
