i always saw these android guys talking crap and never had anything to say back since i didnt know what the experience on android was like in the past few years. I can now say that it is abysmal and one of the most frustrating phones ever. i could talk for hours but heres some things. YOU STILL CAN NOT SEND AND RECEIVE VIDEOS PROPERLY IN 2023. unless the other person has mms every single video even if its one second long with look terrible receiving and sending or youll get a message “this video is too big lets SHORTEN IT and LOWER THE QUALITY” my provider told me to USE FACEBOOK MESSENGER on an almost 2 thousand dollar phone and $500 monthly bill. EXCUSE ME? also the cameras are soooo bad on anything thats not the samsung camera app (yeah they havnt fixed that, so embarrassing for yourself and i woukd hope samsung) and still it kinda looks awful in the app.
THE PHONE LAGS DOING BASIC TASKS AND ITS ALMOST TWICE THE PRICE AS AN IPHONE. Maps open and nothing else, it lagged sometimes and froze CAUSING ME TO MISS MY EXIT, tik tok freezes glitches all the time and the aspect ratio is fricked up in every app so theres tons of glitches with that. the face id is useless it just doesnt work over half the time. fingerprint good. theres a bug with the software thats been happening for a year apparently where the wifi cuts out for no reason constantly and you have to turn wifi on/off. samsung has no solution i have called. theres work arounds ive found on reddit but never lasted since you have to disable a key feature for it to not bud. IT LAGS ALL THE TIME. Audio and mic and background noise in calls all bad. not good speakers but louder than 14 pro max. text to speech much worse than iphone. it started learning my voice and got better but i never have problems with iphone. the AI is dumb and will type out “period” and obvious things like that not all the time but still wtf. something i thought kinda sucked on iphone is selecting text and and copying but ooooohhh no i ran into multiple bugs just trying to select text and it felt clunky as crap sometimes. gps didnt seem as accurate but thats negligible. screen touches felt not as responsive and often made me doing the same gesture’s multiple times before it understood. all of the gimmick hand gestures are total bs. you still have to slide your whole hand across the screen for a screenshot and it is the most awkward cringe way you could ever think of. could keep going but its 4 am. anyways i returned the fold 4 and thank gosh it was 1900 and the pro max is 1200 with a free ipad from verizon LOL android is still a crap shoot and anyone defending them is a moron. i went through so many hoops transferring to android because i like the fold tech but JEEZ it was a terrible experience and i will never talk crap about apple again probably. SO GLAD THAT PHONE IS OUT OF MY LIFE

I was a long time Apple user until the fold 4 came out, i spent so much time researching and ended up pre ordering teh fold 4 and boy, i havent been dissapointed. Extremely happy with the change and the ability to use both screens. I think if i hadve just gone the flip 4 i wouldnt have been as happy, the fold just does it all. As long as the innovation keeps happening from samsung, i think ill be a user for them for the forseeable future
Just wait for the battery life. I was the same way with the fold 3. Im already back on iphone.

@@aqeelmohamed3128I charge it always only to 85% (there is a settings for it). Usually getting around 4-5 SOT. At the end of the day I usually end up with 30% left. Enough for me. :)

I'm using Z fold 4 from Note 20 Ultra and I could not be happier. Within two weeks you learn to use the small screen. Microsoft Excel appears so beautifully. I'm able to do my plans properly.
i was using an iphone 11 pro and an ipad mini 6 and just recently switched to the z fold 4. For now I am so happy about this decision. Changing to android was quite easy for I was mostly using multi platform apps like microsoft one note. I can stil use my air pods 3 without any issues. It is so practical having both, a phone and a tablet in one device and Samsung's software gives so much personalisation options.
Decided to give a fold another chance reason I went to the iPhone 14 pro max was battery but tbh this year it is not as different as fold 4 so let's see how this goes again.i did miss having some different and having it back I am enjoying it having a chance to change my display size is actually so useful.

Yall don't know how happy I am, a month ago I cancelled my iphone iphone 14 pro max order (they said that I would need to wait till mid February) and in the same day bought z fold 4. This is such an amazing phone. I was little bit worried about battery life and cameras, but tbh cameras are good enough and battery life is also really good.
I'm going foldable on my next phone. I currently have the pixel6 so I am waiting to see how the pixel foldable does and its design. But Samsung is 5 foldables ahead of google which is something to consider. We shall see come this spring.

When the Fold first came out I purposely waited to get one, knowing the first iteration would be bad. Fold 4 is my entry and I couldn't be more happy! I've converted some coworkers over to Android without even trying. It doubling as a tablet is just too good. It's not perfect yet though. I feel like either the Fold 5 or 6 will be big moments for the brand!

Agreed I love the zfold 4, but with some improvements it could be the best phone in the market, I feel that every recent iPhone within the past 5 years have been the same. It feels impossible to go back to ios

@@kevinahearn8764 Bro you an npc?, ive had an iphone before and i had an amazing experience, but their products are basically the same on paper, while Samsung releases new and improved technology and if you have any of samsungs products such as a tv or laptop, it offers you many more features than an iPhone ever could, and there are apps on android which help to improve and/or allow you to do more without the current stock limitations for sending/receiving videos, and everything I described is why Cough,Cough... LINUS TECH TIPS has/had one in 2021-22 (not sure if he still does, but most likely yes) sooooooooooooooo...
I was a hardcore Apple fanboy, but once I bought the Fold 2 when it came out I fell in love with Android. I've had urges to go back to iPhone because everyone around me has one, and when I switch my sim back to my iPhone I hate it. It's very bland and boring, and I always switch my sim right back to my Samsung phones.

I have both of them and they both have their strengths . I use my iPhone for banking and simpler things and the fold for gaming and more complex things both awesome tho 😊
I have the iPhone 13 PM and the Fold 4. I rotate using both. I’ve been an Android user since the beginning so I’m more comfortable with it. I also have iPads and iOS is awesome with across the board updates. The Fold 4 has no rivals except Chinese foldables but they are more expensive.
Interesting video. I had the 14 Pro Max and the Watch Ultra. Also the MacBook Pro. Prefer the integration of Windows to the S22 compared to the integration of the 14 Pro Max and MacBook. Overall I am pleased with my decision which is now going on 6 weeks. I acquired the Pixel watch as well and its been a decent first gen device as well.

I have the iPhone mini 13 and a fold 4. The fold is amazing for reading and gaming and taking notes. BUT that is all I use it for! The mini is my main daily phone. The software is just so much better oil the iPhone. Bugs and slight problems with the fold make a MUCh better user experience on the iPhone. Both brilliant though, so I keep both :-)
Let me tell you I bought the fold 4 and after only two months the hinge failed and it started to make a cracking noise every time I opened it and I took care of it like it was a rare jewel I’ll tell you I quickly went to iPhone 14 pro max I don’t have time to baby a phone . A phone is to use and not worry about if something is going to happen to it . I love the idea but it’s not quite there yet .
I didn't never think I would switch back to Android. Bug now...,it's a whole nother ball game. I got a Samsung A13 now and bout to switch to the Fold 4. I am loving my Samsung A13 rn. My battery life is amazing and the feature like I'm so in love.

Your Video was Perfect Bro, it Genuine and Honest. Exactly my Thoughts and Feelings on the Samsung Galaxy Z Folds and the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I used to own both the Original Fold and the Fold 2, both when they came out. I traded in my Original Fold for the Fold 2 and held on to my 2 until it was stolen back in October of last Year. Yet I refused to upgrade though, cause I didn’t see any point. Samsung was only offering a New Wacom Digitizer and a few Tweaks here and there, with a S Pen you had to buy separately. After my Fold 2 was stolen, I decided to give Apple a chance for Once. To get back at Samsung for not giving up a True Upgrade (like Samsung really pays that much Attention to me, Right…yet they do).
Anyways, I now own a Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, I don’t hate it, it’s just not a Fold. So I know I’m going to get the Fold 5 when it come out this Year. I’ma invest in Samsung Care+ w/Theft and Loss Protection this Time around. My iPhone experience is just what I argue that it would be, Apple in my Opinion only really has their iMessage over Android. Samsung Ecosystem Existed far longer than Apple, than Apple Users want to Admit. With Apple, just speaking on Apple Products forwards Apple Ecosystem. You only have a Watch, Phone, iPad, iPod, Mac and Apple Pay. Yes, is integrated into a lot of non Apple Products.
Yet on the other Hand Samsung has all that, a gang of Appliances, TVs and so non Samsung Products. So who really has the Biggest Ecosystem System. What grabs me with Samsung or Android, you’re not Tied into Paying Extra Fees for using Android or Samsung Products. You are with Apple. Oh for anyone New to Apple, you don’t have to Link Apple to your Account. When the Software as you to Link to Apple Account, just say No. Especially if you an Mobile Gamer, coming from Android, you’ll be better off Linking your Games to your Gmail or facebook Account. Your Password to either the Apple Password Locker or Google Chrome.
So you come out with a better Experience in my Opinion with Android, with either Samsung, Sony, Google and at one point of Time LG (I know they no longer make Phones). Google Ecosystem is still Growing and Sony is rebuilding their, yet they Exist. I’m not trying to pull anyone to the Android or iOS, just saying know your Tech. Don’t say you a Fan of a Tech Company and don’t know what all they have to offer.
That what made me say Sony rebuilding their, cause most people don’t even know about Sony for Real. Only know about Sony PlayStation and maybe their Sony TVs. Some never even heard of Sony Phones, the Sony Xperias or that Sony used to have a Sony Watch, Sony Xperia Tablets and Laptops. Sony still make Phones, they gave up their Watch, Tablet and Laptop cause no one was buying them. Cause of Sony Bad Advertising Practiced, they only really advertise the PlayStation.
Sony would’ve still been my Number One Ecosystem, if they didn’t get rid of those Three Products. Sony would killed the game even if they would’ve advertised the PlayStation Vita better, you have people who never heard of it. They allow with the PlayStation, Sony Appliances and Android Integration into non Sony Products.
Remote Play in almost every Sony Xperia, Imagine if Sony made a Fold👀. Back to my Point, after being a Android from the beginning from A Flip to a Slab Android to The Galaxy S Line to the Note Line, to the Sony Xperia, back to Samsung for the Fold and now the Apple iPhone. I can personally say, I had a better experience on Android. I just refuse to buy either the Fold 3 or 4 and rather wait for the Fold 5. I’ll keep my iPhone for my Apple Family User, I’ll just have the Joy of Both Worlds.
For the record I used Apple Products, I only never used their Phones, cause Apple still be selling Lies and have people thinking they’re the First to have a Touch Screen Phone. As if HTC and Palm wasn’t already in the Business of making Touchscreen Tech and Phones already. But that’s a Story I hope to share on CZcams myself, when I decide to Stream and make Videos. Open up Apple Users Eyes a Little. I Love my iPhone 14 Pro Max, I can’t wait for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 though. 👀
The irony of the Fold4 for me is that its form factor gives me a firm grip on the device. It's the first phone since my Evo 4G that I've rocked without a case. Screen protector and Dbrand Damascus, and I'm good.

I've been with Apple for sooooo many years . I had the s5 yearsssss ago & other then that I've been with Apple. My iphone just crapped out so I was looking into new phones. It was between the 14 pro max, s22 ultra, or fold 4. I decided against the 22 ultra since the new one is coming in a couple months and I couldn't wait. So I did some research on the 14PM and Fold 4. Honestly, I was scared to take the jump considering my watch would be useless and having the integration with my MacBook was just easy for me. But in the end I took the dive over to the Fold & I have zero regrets. I absolutely love it. I learn new things about the phone daily. It's fun to research and see the wide array of features. The customization abilities alone make the phone a million times better for me. I see everyone complaining about the battery and it just doesn't bother me. I'm so happy with my choice. & I'm just going to sell the apple watch and switch to the galaxy .

Yesterday I was ticked off with my iPhone 13 Pro Max because it does not have the ability to multitask. I wanted the calculator to float on the screen so I can do some calculations without switching between the two apps. I could not perform this simple interaction. 😤

Great video! I've used both iOS and Android over the course of maybe 10-15 years and I can't get away from Android. Everything is so much easier to do and navigate. I feel lately iOS has the more gimmicky features over android when that wasn't usually the case. For work it makes more sense in android for me personally. I'll be buying the S23 Ultra within the next 2 months and I'm so excited for it. Apple needs to really step it up next year. Hopefully they finally get USB-C connector for it's iphone charging/data port 🙄, Maybe then I'll consider it but until then iPhone is not impressing me. As a techy I don't believe most CZcams tech streamers will be more welcome to iOS over Android. Great video and thankful for not mentioning the dynamic island 😂. It's a cute parlor trick to charge people more. Probably boosted iphone 13 pro max sales because of it haha.
Hahaha, yeah. I feel that though. I am really excited for the future of Samsung, the S23 Ultra is going to be really fun to check out. (Hopefully the S-Pen is here to stay). You're right about iOS feeling morel like a gimmick though, IDK what it is lately about Apple but I feel like they've been somewhat dropping the ball a little bit.
@@valismind I think what it is with Apple is they have such a hardcore, loyal user base that whatever it is they do most people will buy it and be none the wiser. Android has had this stigma that it's "really complicated to use" and "apple hardware and software is much more polished" some of that is true but only to a fault. Android is closing that gap and Apple is going to have to seriously step it up. A third party developer is making an iMessage for Android app alternative called "Sunbird". It seems to mimic everything iMessage does including sending large, high quality photos and videos just like iMessage along with it's encryption features. iMessage might be the only thing I'm jealous of over Apple. But once they figure out how to integrate that kind of functionality between Android and iOS it's game over for Apple. Beta launches soon for Sunbird. Check it out! KWGT Widget! :) And thank you, the Fold is a solid device, it makes it really hard to consider a regular device. Just means your upgrades from now on are going to be expensive. The way I look at it is that you're getting a tablet and a phone, so you can't beat that 2-in-1 price LOL
@@valismind agreed, I've stopped using my Chromebook as I've everything I need in one form factor. Hoping Samsung offer a trade in for the fold 4 when they release the 5, stay as current as possible but without spending a fortune. Reckon the 5 will have a water drop fold to eliminate the crease and a better main screen selfie camera.

I have both, they are both great. For watching media, the fold wins hands down. But when walking around, filming, and in batterylife, my iphone 14 pro wins BIG, I have put my fold 4 in batterysave mode, but then im missing out 120hz and always on display. The iphone really has a great screen, also better than the fold. Both phones are so awesome, well im just hoping apple will release a fold at some time. Right now im keeping both phones, but if i really need to choose, i think i will keep the iphone 14 pro. The screen, batterylife, and video capabilities are just superior in my opinion, and i really love to film to my youtube channel with my phone

I got the Z fold, my wife got the pro max...we have been in the same ecosystem for 10+ yrs....she finally admits she like the Z fold better
Switched to iOS from Android last year. 13 Pro Max user and now a Z fold 4 user as well. I can't say either one is the best. But if I have to pick 1, I will go for the Fold 4. Maybe I am just comfortable with Android as their features suits me alot.
Partially been always having to always use the Exynos version of Samsung. I always have to drop into Samsung service centre to have the motherboard replace. It's this hassle that made me use iPhone and been using it more than a year, I can say it's going strong.
Yeah, I feel so bad for the people who've had to experience Exynos vs. Snapdragon. It's such a night and day difference, and I'm not sure why Samsung even does this. I am glad they unified it with the Fold. I am sure it would have been a nightmare, and the phone would have had such a bad rep otherwise. - I can agree, I am more partial to the Fold, but I am okay with the iPhone as well.
Yes, I am not sure why Samsung was doing that(priced even higher in my region btw compared to the snapdragon), but I am thankful it’s Snapdragon now moving forward.
The only time we international customers can experience a Snapdragon Samsung was the S20FE which both my parents were using since launch. They are really happy with their devices. S10 Lite was a snapdragon as well but it was not available at my region.
Hopefully my experience with Samsung will change.

i always saw these android guys talking crap and never had anything to say back since i didnt know what the experience on android was like in the past few years. I can now say that it is abysmal and one of the most frustrating phones ever. i could talk for hours but heres some things. YOU STILL CAN NOT SEND AND RECEIVE VIDEOS PROPERLY IN 2023. unless the other person has mms every single video even if its one second long with look terrible receiving and sending or youll get a message “this video is too big lets SHORTEN IT and LOWER THE QUALITY” my provider told me to USE FACEBOOK MESSENGER on an almost 2 thousand dollar phone and $500 monthly bill. EXCUSE ME? also the cameras are soooo bad on anything thats not the samsung camera app (yeah they havnt fixed that, so embarrassing for yourself and i woukd hope samsung) and still it kinda looks awful in the app.
THE PHONE LAGS DOING BASIC TASKS AND ITS ALMOST TWICE THE PRICE AS AN IPHONE. Maps open and nothing else, it lagged sometimes and froze CAUSING ME TO MISS MY EXIT, tik tok freezes glitches all the time and the aspect ratio is fricked up in every app so theres tons of glitches with that. the face id is useless it just doesnt work over half the time. fingerprint good. theres a bug with the software thats been happening for a year apparently where the wifi cuts out for no reason constantly and you have to turn wifi on/off. samsung has no solution i have called. theres work arounds ive found on reddit but never lasted since you have to disable a key feature for it to not bud. IT LAGS ALL THE TIME. Audio and mic and background noise in calls all bad. not good speakers but louder than 14 pro max. text to speech much worse than iphone. it started learning my voice and got better but i never have problems with iphone. the AI is dumb and will type out “period” and obvious things like that not all the time but still wtf. something i thought kinda sucked on iphone is selecting text and and copying but ooooohhh no i ran into multiple bugs just trying to select text and it felt clunky as crap sometimes. gps didnt seem as accurate but thats negligible. screen touches felt not as responsive and often made me doing the same gesture’s multiple times before it understood. all of the gimmick hand gestures are total bs. you still have to slide your whole hand across the screen for a screenshot and it is the most awkward cringe way you could ever think of. could keep going but its 4 am. anyways i returned the fold 4 and thank gosh it was 1900 and the pro max is 1200 with a free ipad from verizon LOL android is still a crap shoot and anyone defending them is a moron. i went through so many hoops transferring to android because i like the fold tech but JEEZ it was a terrible experience and i will never talk crap about apple again probably. SO GLAD THAT PHONE IS OUT OF MY LIFE

I was an Apple user from… well since Apple started up. I had a couple of Android phones, a note and a S20. Nothing wrong, but back then, not as polished as iOS.
Everyone I know has an iPhone. My house if all HomeKit, HomePod Minis, Apple TV’s….. all run from an iPad mini (mine). Most of my home automation now works with Google Home (thanks to matter).
My current phone is a Pixel 7 Pro. But going for a Pixel fold or Z Fold 5 after they have been out a few weeks.
Software isn’t an issue between iOS, Mac, PC and Android. Office 365 suite and OneDrive cover all devices.

I use apple both personally and professionally.. this means everything from the speaker and headphones to a tower and two laptops two phones and a tablet.. this was the year i planned to start my exit from the apple garden .. it will be tough, and painful at times.. i depend on airdrop a lot which has workaround in android+windows but its not that easy.. but what is demotivating me from doing this is a coworker who showed me that his fold is starting to crack from the cold.. i live in a colder area and it seems like these folds dont like extreme cold or hot weathers, and they crack real fast, im talking months of use.. which is quite sad .. what do you recommend?
I use the first foldable that comes out and the crease started to crack in 7 months!!!! Don't know if they makes more strong now but that was really quick for me!!!!

I chose Z fold4 over S22 ultra and 14pro max , and i'm so happy with my choice , yes the camera and battery are better on 14pro max and S22/23ultra , but fold 4 has a good battery life and excellent camera too. So if you like to experience new things and want a unique , luxury but useful device , and of course if you can afford it go for fold

Great video. Very honest and helpful. I use both iOS and Android, but I much prefer android. I always have but lately even more so. I have more issues with iOS than I do with Android on the Pixel or One UI on the Galaxy. That works out well as I have no interest in the 14 Pro with that pill shaped hole. I thought I'd get over it but every time I use my wife's 14 Pro I just can't get used to it. I know some love it, and that's great. Just not for me.
i just went from 14 pro max to s 22 Ultra.. Samsung is way faster, more intuitive and it have 0 bugs or lags,... that was not the case with the iphone.. and the most important thing,, it can do things that iphone NEVER EVER CAN...its from another universe...5 yars ahead in every way.. now i regret every second i spend with apple..

The inner screen is not plastic, it's glass. Very thin glass (so it can fold) but still glass.

I'm still using both. I have to use the fold for media, productivity and game use. The iPhone is only social media.
I considered switching from Z Fold 3 to Iphone, but just don't like that pill shaped island. If IPhone ever geto ride of the hole in the top, I may switch. The Iphone cameras and Apple Ecosystem is so seamless. I love my Ipad Pro and M1 MacBook Air and how they work together.
A Windows machine and a Samsung phone have better integration and work more seamlessly than a MacBook Air with an iPhone or an iPad. Try it!
Good review. But it´s very clear that you have not used the Z Fold 4 a longer time. I do NOT clean it every time i unfold. Much as I dont clean my front screen every time I use it. Sure, just wipe it of once or twice during the week depending on how much dust gets stuck. Same goes for every phone IMHO.

I honestly love my zfold 4 especially having a Lil daughter I have the 512gb know lots of games and movies were going to be downloaded but my wife don't really like how thick it is since she's a small girl with smaller hands so she ended up getting the iPhone 14 pro
I did mess up the iner screen as sand got in between the hinges and cause a few black dots inside other that that still love it and warranty will cover it

I definitely agree! I just switched to a Samsung fold phone from an iPhone SE and now realize that Apple iPhone users have a herd mentality. Instead of actually looking at what you’re getting, you just automatically go for the upgrade which is more and more expensive for very little. I would ask, ‘so what does this new iPhone have?’ and all the time it was ‘ahhhh the camera!’
nothing much else. With Samsung, you get way more. Personally, I think once Steve Jobs died, a bunch of unoriginals took over the company and just cough up the same phone each year.
Main reason I can’t get away from iOS, is that are use iCloud files to download all my attachments from emails and save them, iCloud files allows easy access. Whereas if I switch to android, I no longer have access to all those files
I have a z fold 3. I don't like it. I did love it. I dropped it, cracked the outter screen. That's okay, that was my fault. But what isn't my fault is the inner screen. The screen protector started to lift where the phone folds. One day, I unfolded it, and I heard a snap, and then I got a black bar down the middle of my screen. From that day on, I realized that inner screen still has a long ways to go, and THAT is real world use. I might own another foldable at some point down the road. I have never owned an iPhone, and typically I steer clear from the Apple brand because I hate how they like to control their products. BUT, I thought let's do something different. So I think I'm going to try the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Then at least, I can develop my opinion on either OSs.
Good Point, why do people complain about the more narrow cover display when it's easier for one-handed navigation? I'm thinking, it's because most tech reviewers including Flossy, are actually iPhone users, and they use two hands for texting, which I never use two hands to text and navigate my Samsung phone.
I'm not sure, I think the narrow display makes the experience better given how thick it is. It would be very unwieldy if it was any wider.
I'm 6'3 and honestly, I like the front screen as well. It's easier to use with one hand. If I want to use 2, I'll open it up to tab mode.

Spend $1000's switching back and forth from z fold 3,4 to 13,14 Pro max. Now finally settling for 14 Pro max.

For me already have a iPad so I would go with iPhone 14 Pro. But if you only using iPhone 12 series below, is recommending to give Fold 4 a try, but everyone knows that glass is glass, and glass “”. Foldable screen are cool, but after two or three years, you know what problems comes up.
The Z Fold 4 is a pretty cool phone but for the price, I just can't get over the feeling of the screen crease. The Z Fold 5 plans to use a new, raindrop like, hinge design that will have a similar screen experience like the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 and still be water and dust resistant. We'll see how it turns out but foldables are something that I'm holding off a few more years.
When in use the crease isnt super noticeable. I was able to get the 4 for about $800 with trade in, so id wait and see what Samsung offers when the 5 drops
@@jimmymac2292 When the 5 come out I'll look into it again. I'm very slow to upgrade my phone relative to most people (4-5 years, currently using a galaxy s21 Ultra) so I probably wouldn't be looking to upgrade until the fold/flip 7 is out. I'm sure by then the creen an hinge will be pretty solid
@M G the s21 ultra is a great phone, thats what I traded in. I use my fold as my tablet and also use dex with my monitor as all my apps and what not make doing tasks much easier
$600 for a used fold 4 in perfect condition.
The fold 4 also has Face Id unlock...so that shouldn't make a deciding difference. I mean it does if you want a phone that can do both lol but you kinda made it seem like the fold is lacking in that category but its winning. Good video tho!
It doesn’t, Face ID uses 3D dot projection, shooting thousands of infrared dots where as the Fold uses the camera which is 2D, on a surface level Face ID is infinitely more secure than fingerprint, but I still prefer fingerprint any day of the week. And thanks for the support!

If you live outside of US imessage and face time are not important bcs everyone uses whatsupp or something like that so if you are not neck deep in apples products u are free to choose
I have the z fold 4 and came from the 13 pro max. This android is another level and the only reason iphone is even a debate is for imessage.
I chose fold cuz so happy with the screen so I can comfortably use the device for Netflix,editing,multitasking Nd etc
I have both as I use my iphone for work and online banking while the fold 4 is for entertainment.
Well, my experience. I’ve owned two Z-fold 3s and one Z flip 3. My sister had to 2 Z flip3s and now owns a Z flip 4. Why so many you ask? Well, my sister cannot live anymore without the form factor so I got her a Z flip four with Samsung‘s highest insurance and I own an iPhone 14 promax. Every screen had problems on every folding device, and now her Z-flip 4 screen is starting to have that little white line that everybody knows so much about. I love the fold but it will be about 2030 before I ever get one again. Have fun y’all

I use both these phones daily as well and there both about about as good as they get currently. I think z fold is the best do it all phone especially if you only want the phone not the ecosystem accessories. The iPhone when paired with Watch Ultra and Airpods Pro is truly an excellent day to day experience doing normal basic things. Its when more advanced tasks come into play that apple gets annoyingly limiting like running 2 apps side by side or using the phones file system like a flash drive or safari doesn't load websites properly and you need chrome that isn't reskinned safari or your sick of looking at apps coving the wallpaper but cant move them cause you cant find anything in that terrible "app library".. it's a very hard decision if you can only pick one.
I think you said it well, tough choice to be honest. One is very versatile, one fits into every day life easily. For me, I'd rather my phone DO more, but the convenience of the iPhone working with my Mac, and my watch is also nice.
You have a point, except on Safari not loading websites correctly and the app store being terrible
@@RagingBad I should've been more specific. Safari's not really the problem it's a good browser but its the fact apple forces all browsers on iOS to use the WebKit engine. So if a website doesn't work properly with that engine (rare but does happen) you cant just use a different browser cause there pretty much all the same. Also I said App Library (the auto sorting group of folders that you have no control over) not the App Store which is fine and on equal grounds to google's Play Store.
I actually run my iPhone with one folder “daily use” on the Home Screen. All my other apps are in the App Library. Personally I have gotten used to where every app is auto sorted but most of the time I just click on the finder bar and either search the app or scroll through the alphabetical listing. To be honest now that I’m used to that I find it to be super fast to find my apps.
