I can’t wait to make this, but wish my husband could eat it to. He has diverticulitis so no corn or he gets hospitalized in bad pain. I also have it also, but corn doesn’t bother me actually really nothing bothers my diverticulitis. I’m lucky that way, Thank goodness since I love corn in any form!
