I had pain for 2days straight after surgery and it just wouldn’t go away. I tried so much and it got worse and worse. I just wanted to sleep for many days straight so I could wake up when everything was fine and the pain that lasted 24/7 would be gone when I woke up. But that didn’t happen of course and I was just there suffering and making dua then I remembered this video thumbnail and clicked on this video and made the recommended dua to allah swa . And now guess who is free from pain for the past 8/9h. Allahu akbar

Remember everyone Allah wants us to try ourselfs also . We have to get on a better diet and exercise . We have to strive to do better and also help thoes who have less than us . If we do not try ourselfs then how you expect to get better . Think about maryum (ra) the mother of isa (as) she was told to shake the tree trunk and dates will fall down for her. It's not that Allah couldn't just drop food for her but he wanted her to do her part and try . We have a part on ourselfs to do better and try . We can't just lay there and think it will help us without trying . If you try and get help and do what you had to to get better and pray Allah will help you . Go to a Ciropractor and open your blood flow . You should have insurance and it will cover it . I have medicate and it took some chiropractors with my insurance . Also stretch and eat well . Excerzie it will inshallah help and may ALLAH help us get thru our pains and ALWAYS THANK ALLAH AND PRAY TO HIM . DO NOT JUST ASK ALLAH FOR HELP BUT ALSO THANK HIM FOR THE HELP HE HAS GIVING YOU ALL YOUR LIFE AND EVERYTHING TO COME.
