that’s like the entire point of the segment, usually the celebs are more easy going.this was probably the wrong environment to put him in since everyone else was there for legit reasons. Sort of like Kevin Hart’s “what the fit” its for entertainment more than anything. I mean Ellen is a comedian

My mom signed me up for a class at this gym and I thought it was going to be a fun light workout but my legs felt like noodles after the first day. It was as if my whole body was broken. Even my boyfriend who goes to the gym regularly puked in the bathroom. Don’t get me wrong, it feels great once you’re done with the workout. If you’re trying to loose weight and gain motivation, this gym is for you.
I tried F45 awhile back, it's fun, but because it's so rushed, you sacrifice sometimes your posture, and it's not as effective, especially for those new to some exercises.
