It's a permanent 1.8x damage multiplier, 2.5x firerate multiplier and I honestly think it's much easier to find because most players will seek out more angel room items than from most other item pools (soy milk, ipecac, red stew, etc.)

spindown and glitched crown are more op but rock bottom can be ungodly fucking op if you get huge stat ups like mega mush or soy/almond milk
Box of spider should go to jacob with the 40 damage you got (1 spider = double damage so 80) you would have melt bosses
