I remember The Fancy Pants Adventure on Xbox 360
0:41 Looks like Vinny saved that to the wrong hog folder.
i wonder if Vinny hides these stuff, i'm not judging
I have many questions and the biggest one is why does Vin have a hot space squirrel chick in this cursed hog folder?
@@admiralpepper6933 happy accidents happen
I'm pretty sure the point was that there was a big nut in the hog folder. The beaks and bills I don't quite understand though.
This must be Vinny's out-of-stream form messing with him before he goes live on Twitch.
Jesus a lot of these take me back.
Specifically Fancy Pants Adventure
Oh, and Bubble Tanks II, killed a lot of time in that.
I played all the ones vinny said he played but I definitely played the shit out of fancy pants adventure too
U mop
you played super fancy pants adventure?
it's on steam
we traded zomg and awesome sauce for poggers
i hate this
Traded down
The virgin poglet vs the chad awesome saucer
@@jagerzaku9160 haha ew a nazi fan
Damn that’s depressing
“What’s this doing in the folder?!” Oh Vinny
*canned laughter*
V-Dub was using Vinny's computer for dubious things again.
@@JacobKinsley For... V-Dubious things!?
Alien Scrat woman is now branded into my mind. I will never see the world the same way again
What about stick figure with breasts
vinny's secret stash accidentally leaked onto stream
I don't know what's weirder, the fact that the fifth Ice Age movie has alien saber toothed squirrel Amazons or that they made a fifth Ice Age movie.
@@supersnackbros2423 As someone who's watched the movie too many times, it feels like an extended television show. Oh yeah, and there's no alien Scrat babe in it either, so someone made that completely on their own.
/v/inny's /trash/ stash
"Why does this stick figure have such a juicy...!" - Vinny With His Alien Scrat Pic
I remember the days when stick figures were animated as edgy badasses.
Or just edgy in general lol.
Well they are still being used in an anime edgy way, it's just not that popular
Do you remember the stick figure animator program? I do
@@nytrodioxide Was it called Pivot?
@@lunaticzeroone holy shit yes I have so many old animations that are fucking ridiculous, featuring people getting knocked out by clocks
now they retire in shitty mobile game ads
I remember spending a lot of time back in the day trying to find all the secrets and unlocks in Dino Run.
I love that game
Did you know they’re making a second Dino run game?
I wonder if Google got inspired by this game to make that offline dinosaur game.
Big same. I found the secret oasis chamber. I used cheat codes tho lmao
@@snarkycrow I remember they had a kickstarter for the sequel a long time ago, and I was so upset it never reached. Luckily, the official DinoRun2 Website are progressing from the communities donations!
I did not consent to Vinny showing me his hog
"Sift Heads"
God I felt quite old now.
Duuuuude
Dude Sift heads intro was the shit
@@nuetella9764 More like "Was the sift"
I genuinely felt like the series was just a fever dream of mine. Whenever I bring it up on the Internets either no one has ever heard of it or I'm simply ignored. Kinda weird considering how great the series is.
@@gigagleb9842 yeah seriously, i thought vinny would know about it, kinda felt like he didn't like it. which kinda sucks
I just realized future generations may never experience such a big part of my childhood. We should preserve all of these that we can, even the Elf Bowling or the Meet and Fuck games. It's history, dammit!
theres an archive happening for flash games and animations currently, but I cant remember the name of it. If you look up Flashpoint Archive it should be the first thing.
meet n fuck kingdom full lp when
@@LieseFury On Retsupurae.
I think sleepycabin talking about the meet and fuck games was sufficient archival
Newgrounds have their own Player now
I'm glad that Fancy Pants actually continued to live on, I love seeing old Flash games gaining new life after their era. Nitrome in particular I am especially fond of and anticipate the future of
I loved Nitrome! They had some great stuff, although as time went on, they're games lost a lot of the charm they had in their early days, in my opinion. I remember they're flash game quality suffered when they shifted to mobile in 2013 (understandably, people weren't interested in flash games by that point, even Andkon had stopped their weekly updates).
Though, I fondly remember 2 of their last great games. ChangeType, which was a fun puzzle game, and especially Ditto, which was so unlike anything they had released before or since.
I hope they gain more recognition. Last I heard of them, they released a game called Bomb Chicken for the Switch. Even got a Limited Run physical edition.
Nitrome's been doing good lately! They've had a pretty good resurgence on mobile and switch.
Glad to see other Nitrome fans replying lol
Steam became the replacement for Flash game sites. Now you get fewer of them and have to pay money to play but the good indie games have a lot more meat.
@@Zorro9129 Mobile games were what really killed Flash games though.
Those hogs look like they were taken straight out of Darkest Dungeon
And the alien squirrel was taken out of e621
Adkon, miniclip, addicting Games and newgrounds. Kids who grew up with no consoles or a beefy computer in 2006 know what I'm talking about
same here that was my shit when I was eight
Right here, my man.
Ultimate Flash Sonic, Crush the Castle, Line/Free Rider, Motherload, Interactive Buddy, Territory War, N+, and everything in between.🤣🖖
Artuurs Z. Raze 2 was the shit,man
Don't forget about Nitrome.
Oh shit, I remembered Sift heads and Fancy Pants. They were my shit, back in middle school
Playing Fancy Pants while Watching Beaststars. That was the life.
Sift Heads was really edgy stuff back then.
Sift Heads, Fancy Pants, and Mario Combat is all I know from here.
Anybody remember Andkon Arcade? I kinda want Vinny to play some of the weird stuff from there like Gateway, You Find Yourself In A Room, etc. I remember how some games got pretty experimental (some would say pretentious) right as flash games were beginning to die.
There sure was some decent flash stuff. I haven't played them since middle school. I wonder how well (or poorly) they aged.
You don't remember Sticky Ninja Academy?
ive never seen anyone who knows what andkon was!! hell yeah
I remember playing the crap out of Super Smash Flash
I still remember playing games like Chaos Faction and Strike Force Heroes. I also recall playing a game like the one on 01:10:50 but instead you were launching a cartoonish turtle out of the cannon, but I don't remember it's name. I do think it had a sequel, though.
@@cloroxhammer3289 Toss The Turtle
Vinny playing a game based on lets-player Bikdip based on a video where he told a story about a dream he had which in turn was riffed on by Retsupurae. There are too many layers.
Sift heads takes me back mane
A man of true culture
At a funeral?
At a funeral..
I forgot about that until I saw the thumbnail, then my mind went all nostalgia mode.
”This is jogging a memory I didn’t even know I had.” describes a lot of these games for me. Flash games as a phenomena is fascinating.
My discovery of vinesauce years and years ago is deeply intertwined with bargo the bikdip
Hope he plays Majora's mastiff next time 😋
Never thought I'd see anything BikdipOnABus-related on a Vinesauce stream, but here we are.
bro same here, that shit is such a throwback
Vinny is one of the few LPers Jish watches, so it was really cool seeing Vinny play through the game. I hope he tries out the sequel Majora's Mastiff some time
I can't believe Vinny doesn't know what Poptropica is.
I don't care about it, but someone in chat described the art style as a cursed blend between Homestuck and Family Guy and I can't unsee it.
Vinny's in his 30's. Poptropica is a game for us zoomers back in like elementary/middle school.
I never played it. The art style was offputting. And that's coming from a guy who doesn't mind chibi bullshit.
Neopets and Club Penguin were pretty fun for like 5 minutes.
Alan hes like, 35 or something
@@gritosdelosmalditos8370 He's 35. With the brain of a 55 year old
Sift Heads brings me back man, this is genuinely nostalgic i played this when i was a kid dude
Yeah me too
Fancy pants adventures was the best, I always played that at Elementary school whenever we go to the computer lab
it's still good, super fancy pants adventure (aka world 4) is on steam
0:41 cool hog, Vin
That one made my hog go up
Looking back at Sift Heads makes me laugh, I remember being into the lore and actually being obsessed with the Fancy Pants Trilogy
Can't believe vinny is putting Rev out of business :(
I'm going to start saying "I'm a chuckster." every time I throw/toss things.
Yes
Never play basketball.
I'm a chuckster. Yeet.
I had a friend who did that in middle school. Please don't!
@Muse Suse Gonna be a Pianta? Not a bad choice.
Jish and Jonochrome are going to freaking flip when they see this
heck yeah
huh ❔
Opening with furry art, Vinny what are you doing with that
Uh oh, Vinny searched Ice Age in R34 again
Monokuma
>again
I’m sorry but context is required
@A Pure Lucario it's really really easy to just... Not include furry garbage in important folders
I do it all the time
Entropy Bean It’s like a fine herb, having a bit can enhance a product. Having too much concerns people.
Shout outs to that furry being an actual character from Ice Age. And yes they look like that.
God. I'm 22 years old as of now (turning 23 later this year), and honestly, this is kinda nostalgically disorienting. I never really noticed how old the stuff made in Flash that I've watched/played back when I was still in the ones digits were until I take a moment to remember-- like, 'anime flashback' remember. It's crazy realizing how much of this fun, creative, and dumb shit shaped my life in the 2000s.
Anyone remember Stick Page?
That was home for a long time
Damn, thinking about the endless hours I spent in Stick Page is making me nostalgic
Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined Vinny *Crossing* paths with that Cross Channel flash game, pretty sure Nanaca Crash was actually the first, or ONE of the first of that weird genre?
Okay look 7 year old me back then enjoy the living hell out of the Sift Head games but christ looking back at it now...
I know right, I remember this being the shit back in the day
that game defines of 2008 - 2010
Sift head so nostalgic
seeing fancy pants on the thumbnail brought back so many good memories
Bikdip is still uploading videos to this day and I couldn't be happier.
Istg thanks to Joel I keep hearing “HE IS A ROBERT. HE IS A COP. HE IS A ROBERT COP” on the bargo flash game
This made me go back and get second high score in Effing Worms 2 on Kong (first deserved it, he had to submit screenshots for proof lmao). Fucking incredible memories. I will treasure these flash streams forever because they're such a time capsule.
Effin Worms 2 is a good one. If I recall correctly, the worm can get absolutely massive eventually.
I don't think I actually played the series as a kid.. but I did play movy dick, which was similar from what I remember
@@lunaticzeroone bro my brother loved that shit for some reason
I'm not a regular watcher here but I have seen a lot of vinesauce memes as a result of Siivagunner and Bikdiponabus. Naturally, when I heard the Esotericism of Bargo was recently streamed, I just had to come check out the response.
Starting with SCP Hogs, great. I remember playing Mitoza when I was younger, it somehow managed to give me one or two nightmares
For how influential bubble tanks was I'm surprised at how little CZcams videos there are of it.
I hated Bubble tanks. Still do.
I've never actually played the main series, only the tower defense one, so I wouldn't know.. but it seems cool
Never super got into it. Might have to revisit it though
Honestly though it's so addictive
Flash games will always be in my heart, i love those games, it was simple but works really well for old PCs back in the day, the only thing i can say is... thank you devs for making those amazing Flash games and change a lot of kids childhood!
Aw man, that first game, Bikdip is a youtuber/let's player who loves you Vinny. Funny to see you playing this old game.
Dino Run and Fancy Pants Adventure were my go-to games when bored at school
I was definitely not ever expecting to see bikdip on a vinesauce stream
I didn't have Mario as a kid so Fancy Pants Adventure was my first introduction to wall jumping.
Hogchamp
Hoggers
Wonderputt blew my mind when I played it for the first time. Very polished for a flash game, great animations, left me wanting to see more.
i've been playing nanaca crash on and off for about 13 years, haha.
90% percent of my childhood consisted on playing Flash games.
That 90% was almost equally divided into Mario flash games and minigolf flash games.
This is a true nostalgia trip
(Vinny, you should also check Touch Bubbles 3. It was made by Florian Himsl, one of the TBoI devs)
Dan Ball's powder game will always be the best imo. It's the cleanest one with the most features without any of them feeling redundant. The site's still up if you wanna check it out.
dan-ball.jp/en/javagame/dust/
[Edit:] I just remembered that Dan Ball's stuff doesn't even need flash cus it's programmed in HTML 5 and Javascript, as per the site's description. So his stuff still runs just fine.
Bubble tanks was amazing!
I finally found Effin worms, i could never remember the name after playing it like 10 years ago
That Kermit clip at the beginning fuckin' killed me.
I rember playing and loving Ginormo Sword, played it all the way through and beat it. So many rare enemy encounters and even weird pets to get. Might have to play it again sometime
It's Scary Ugly Face's developer's birthday today, no joke
Fancy Pants Adventure was a genuinely fun game. It was one of those games I would wake up in the morning to find on the NG front page, while sipping a good ol' cup o' joe. Goodbye Flash.
sift heads is one of the most 2008 flash games i've ever seen, sticks just battling cause yes
I wanna see you take the Epic Battle Fantasy series if you ever get to do another one of these. It's a series with an... interesting evolution. Went from simple wave-based turn-based rpg parodies to something that become 30+ hour length full fledged RPGs with embracing some of the tropes they parody (in a good way).
I remember playing a regular show version of sticky ninja on the cartoonnetwork site, brings back memories...
Saw that thumbnail with sift heads and immediately had to watch
1:09 It's Jumping Jack Bu from the Rolypolies!
We need more of the Flash Games collection.
That Ocarina of Time game at the beginning is actually pretty funny save for the lolcats grammar
OMG NANACA CRASH. I played that so damn much in high school
Sticky ninja, dino run and fancy pants gave me so much nostalgia
I knew i would remember most of these games, but nothing quite hit me as hard as "Effing Worms 2".
Off to a rollicking good start with that extra hog pic
Sift Heads Remastered came out on mobile recently. All old fans feel free to check it out!
“AI will take over. AI is smart and powerful.”
Also AI: 0:37
sift heads? Now that's a name I've haven't heard in a LONG time
For y'all who aren't informed.
"Super Fancy Pants Adventure" is available on Steam for 10 dollars.
Go ahead and buy it. You won't regret.
EEP!!! SO MUCH TO WATCH :3
Wonderputt is amazingly creative
I loved Dino Run. I remember my computer blue screened at it once though.
the fancy pants adventures has gone such a long way, with the steam game playing so much better overall
I just went back to play ginormo sword like 2 weeks ago
damn its cool to see vinny play it
1 year ago me and my friend used to play dino run all of the time
Sift Heads World and Ultimatum was my jam as an impressionable zoomer. I remember the last thing they made was an early access online mmo that was abandoned and faded into obscurity.
I also loved the saw puzzle games
I remember playing one survival game, its top down and you fight jellys with a bustersword. It progressively gets harder. Started out with green, the Yellow leave a slowing slime when killed. Then orange which leave acid that kill. Then giant green which take many slices
Sift heads is amazing
Oh man, Sift Heads was my childhood
The esoteticism of bargo ocorjna of typewriter is a very funni. Very silly. I hope the game developer is happy
Falling sand game is very cool. I like it when the fire burns the person and then white matter pushes stuff
Shift heads.... ooo bb.... its fucking epic
Fancy pants, what a great game. What more can I say about it that hasn't already been said?
Scarry face is very scary. Might be the best game of the 2010s
I remember when I played slime escape for the first time, I really liked it
Holy shit! I thought no one else ever played Mario Combat!
This was the night of many hogs
Fancy Pants? Hell yeah! What a throwback!!
RIP Adobe Flash Player. 1996 - 2020
Born of a barren mother, lived in acquisition, thrived on Newgrounds. Finally smothered in its crib by HTML5 and iPads. It will be fondly remembered, yet publicly despised.
They not only gave the female stick figure long hair and lipstick to clarify she was female, but also clothes (Which none of the other stick figures were wearing), and bahonagahoogs.
i remember playing an cartoon network parody of sticky ninja academy that had regular show characters i never knew that it was a parody until 2017
the sticky ninja music is so nostalgic for me ;u;
Oh god sticky ninja was my childhood
Mother of god. He finally played Sift Heads.
Dino run, fancy pants adventure, and bubble tanks II were my JAM
Xgen studios, miniclip, and nitrome had the best games imho
Goddamn, Sift Heads. Its been a while i havent heard that name
One of these hogs is not like the others
**zooms in on new york** STARRING VINNIE VINESOSS
i was gonna say but vinny the stick figures dont have feet but then immediately the woman stick figure had feet, tentin quarantino is 100% to blame for this one
edit: haha I have a better eye for fEET than Chad Member
time you wasted experiencing stripped-down game prototypes during your developmental years isn't time wasted if you become a game designer later
I think vladimir lenin said that
