My father in law went to school with Timothy and they live 2 houses down from his. I thought it was a weird joke/ rumor to scare me when they first told me this story. Such a horrible monster to do this to your own baby!
I agree, his father is the epitome of evil. This story will forever live rent free in my mind. Thinking about how excited my little one gets for Halloween and how precious it is to see her trick or treating makes me heartbroken for Timothy.

Janelle doesn’t have a soothing podcast voice (no disrespect) when Kendall and josh interact there isn’t much disparity with their voices. They both speak fluidly. If Janelle suddenly starts talking in the middle of an episode it immediately breaks the loop for me. Just a personal opinion.
Janelle is very much suited to the Sesh... no offense to her but she would ruin the spooky serious atmosphere.

I remember this story ALMOST ruined my Halloween during my childhood. Grew up, 80s/90s, just south of Houston, and my dad became very away of candy that looked "weird." Nothing ever came of any of it, but anything that looked off, went into the trash can. Le sigh.

13 years ago on ABC they did a story on a unusual firefighter training Manuel and it was about what to do in the event of a UFO.
Fire Officer's Guide to Disaster Control, second edition. Its Chapter 13. Chapter : Enemy Attack and UFO potential. Everything from radio lost, generators failures and has drawing of aliens in it and how you might treat injuries. Its crazy.
Part of why the Killing Fields haven't had as many issues is because most of that land has been developed now. Houses, a school, a paintball area, a plant nursery, etc. are all there now. My parents actually live pretty close to where one of the bodies was found. There has been an area for sale on Calder Road that they've been debating turning into a more permanent memorial that they WERE trying to get someone to buy and build a day care. It is allegedly haunted too.
I've always thought with the Candyman case how he may have gotten away with it if he had just said a stranger passing by gave him the candy because they didn't want their kids to have such big pixie stix or whatever excuse. It would be easy to "forget" what they looked like or really prove it didn't happen. People are so messed up.
