How many yellow pieces did you use? I am halfway through. But not able to bring it to a ball shape. So, wondering if I have used lesser number of modules. Please help

I had some scrap paper and tried to make a smaller one, it was... somewhat successful. (only not really, it's falling apart at the seams so to speak)
but I think I'll do a more careful try with some unused paper for my next try, perhaps it won't fall apart if I try again, haha.
