This is the worst performing video I've put out lol. If you enjoyed it, please hit the like button and leave a comment. Thank you!
Really good videos I have a Breville XL870 and for some reason have watch alot of videos about having perfect milk for art some people add air 5 seconds some 25 seconds some 10 seconds and still can do latte art I can't any recommendations my Breville as you know is diffrent from industrial one or commercial ones I would appreciate ur comment
This is extremely niche, Lance, but greatly appreciated by those who are looking for it, no doubt!
Who cares? We consume you like caffeine ..... your personality goes way beyond the other coffee masters. I find myself looking at your videos as if they were a "friends" episodes.... and quite often I rewind when I remember these videos have also some educational intent :)
I have lactose issues so carpaccio art is less relevant and also seems intimidating skill wise lol. Still liked the video but yah, just less relevant maybe for those reasons?
Seems like the videos with your face in the thumbnail do better than others. I didn't know this video was from you, although I had been seeing it in my recommended, until I went to your channel and saw it.
Swanny Swans for days, friend!
Silky swanny milky swans
Your tip about not forming the neck until the end was gold! 🙏
Last time I tried my hand at Latte art all I got was something from Nightmare on Elm Street, the Swan looked like Freddy had eaten it for dinner...
As usual, you are the Master. Lance is Coffee, Coffee is love, Lance is Love...perfect video Lance!
How does this video not have as many views as your normal ones? This is incredibly useful, I'm gonna go pour some swans and practice!
Thank you, Charlie! I was dismayed at the low reception, but it's a fun Gem I think for people to find! Appreciate you, friend
That last one was savage 💪🏼👍🏼 I knew something looked weird when u started to pour, the way u were holding the cup. Great video as always 👍🏼🇮🇪
Swanny Swans for days, friend!!!
Man thank you so much Lance, I always enjoy your videos. I’ve really progressed on my hearts and monk heads now time to try this.
Also, I’m doubtful you remember me but a good while ago I mentioned trying to find a dual boiler for around $200 to work on. It took some time but I finally found one and did the upgraded brass opv and pump. Also replaced the solenoid. The machine is running like a champ at a fraction of the cost of new (plus a bit better I think).
It has really helped me with progressing in my latte art and I got a chance to show off a bit to my family last night.
Funny part is, I’m use to using nutpods as a milk alternative and struggled with too much foam when a family member requested regular milk haha
Thanks again for all your do brother and hope you and your family had a great Christmas and start to the new year.
Another fantastic latte art tutorial
Love seeing swan latte art on IG but in my entire coffee journey, I've never seen one at a cafe. Great tutorial!
Thank you for Sharing this, it is really helpful. I can pour swans successfully about 40-50% of the time, but that was before I found out concretization is my friend. Thanks and keep up the awesome!
Edit: Swanny swans for days, friend.
Love these types of videos, keep it up!
Swanny swans for days!
Haven't tried latte art yet, but these videos are still incredibly entertaining to watch! Love it!
Wow! Thank you giving back. Your videos are awesome!
It’s impressive how you casually poured that amazing swan… effortless!!!
Swany swans for days! Keep those amazing videos going!
That last one is super nice!
Wow! Incredible, just beautiful!! Thank you for sharing, your videos are very interesting and informative!
thank you for watching!
Nice video, Lance! Every time I try a swan, they end up looking like a dragon so the details on the neck are very helpful!
Great video Lance
Thanks again as always
Nice work! I enjoy this kind of video, because it gives practical tips for latte art in amongst the specifics. SWANS! I also do the side profile head, I think it looks like a cartoon raising an eyebrow dramatically.
Swan pout is a front cover with a huge front inside
I enjoyed it! Thank you!
Swany swans for days, friend! Thanks for all your videos!
Lance thats the best coffee jumper i ever seen :)
As someone who has only just bought a coffee machine I'm blown away at your skill. ❤
That outro one is goals
Big fan of this video. We have a place on a river with swans outside so going to try and nail the swan as our thing.
P.s love the homage to Danny Lee, beautiful design
Amazing aha I've had a temp working with us over xmas and she did some amazing swans etc with her latte art, which I have to admit made me feel a tiny bit inferior😆this video couldnt come at a better time! SSfD, F.
Edit:2 days later...after watching this I have challenged myself to nail the swan at last. My tulips are fab, but they're my comfort zone. First swan I made came out ok. Then it all went downhill and we had everything from road kill, to some miscellaneous blobs. Came full circle and made a pretty decent one right at the end. Other staff had a field day making fun of me 😆 gonna watch the video a few dozen more times....aha
I think this is amazing as usual. Swany Swan Swan
That outro design was really nice
Ive been trying for 2 weeks and i just got my first silky milky and made a heart!!! Thank you for all the great videos 😊
One day i hope to be making swany swans for days fam 🦢
Great work as usual, Lance! Could i suggest that you do a video on ristrettos? Curious about your take on this...there is so much confusion out there on this topic. I trust we all could benefit from your insights. BIg hug all the way from Australia.
7:10 I finally got a pour that looks like Lance’s.
Swanny swans for day, boooys!!
I’ve kinda figured it out few weeks but but it was terrifying! One ended more like a Hogwarts Sorting Hat, haha!
Keep it up Lance! I love your work and it certainly made my job better and easier!
That would make it a goose then
Incredible plumage on your swans sir looks great
For days! 🙌
Hahaha thank you!
Nice. I'm still working on my 3-2-1 wrap n stack tulip from your earlier videos, but at least I'm past making hearts. I need to go back and work on my big heart in a heart, though.
Swanny swans for days, friend!!!
Thanks for the video, bro! Sorry for the low views on this - it’s the bomb!
Swanny swans for days, bro!!
Swanny swans for days, friend!
Awesome, I can’t even get a nice espresso to work with never mind doing this! Got the Sage Barista Pro for Xmas and I can’t get it dialled in, I’ll keep trying 🤣
Swantastic 🦢
Swany swans got days!
Low key, saw the container of MYLK in the back and thought you were gonna reveal it as being what you used for these swans. Great tutorial though, and simplifies swans for so many people!
thank you
Swanny swans for days friend!
Hi Lance, I really appreciate your videos. Can you please tell me where I can get those handleless cups? Thanks in advance!
Jumper game on point.

Swanny swans for days, friend.
Thanks for this video! Lately my swans are looking more like ugly sea dragons, but I think your tips will help me fix that.
And subscribed!
Swanny swan for days, friend 👍🏻🧐
can u do a review of the Breville Precision Brewer
It's a shame when your video of how to mess it up is still so much better than my best swan.
Swanny swans for days , friend.
I live doing swans in work so will be nice to try another way , can always improve
Excellent tutorial. One suggestion is to get a better view into the cup as your pour. Some were hard to see. Thanks!
Exactly what i wanted to say. And I’ve also noticed that in some older videos. But other than that love your work Lance.
I would love to see a video on making a latte from start to finish.
I can do that! I have milk steaming videos and espresso extraction videos. Can you be a bit more specific on what you'd like to see?
Swanny swans for days, friend.
PLEASE REVIEW THE SPINN COFFEE MAKER
Swanny swans for days to you too sir!
Swanny swans for daiz, boyeee!
I just got my new Loveramics latte cups. I can't wait to mess this up.
Swanny Swans for life, fiend !
What mugs do you like to use?
Tulip Swan +1
Btw what milk jug do you use that has no handle ? I have been using the fellow jug and it has allowed me to do more precise designs when learning. I also have a random no name pitcher someone gave me years ago that has a much wider spout than the fellow.
It's a handless pitcher from Slow Pour Supply
@@AndrewCouch what is the typical idea around the round spout design versus the narrow? Is one better for certain designs?
@@Douglaskyle9191 Narrow spout for more intricate/fine designs and round spout for more contrast in the designs. Round can be poured at a higher position to simulate a narrow spout so I think the round design is a little more versatile.

I wish you could post pictures in the comments. Cus I have been struggling for daaaaya making a swany swan swan, but after watching this last night, I came to work and made one and actually looks pretty cute and decent!
Swanny swans for days, friend!
Now if I can just get this dang monk's head down, so I can go directly to the swan 😂
Swanny swans for days friend
omg I'M special today ^~^
SWANNY SWANS FOR LIFE
I'm doing a challenge this month and I call it Swan-uary. I want to learn how to do swans and do them consistently.
Thanks sir...
I m from KSA Jeddah.
Nice! I've got some.people I know in ksa thru coffee
Woo!
Swanny Swans for days bromigo.
Sooo shot in the dark… espresso makes a crema and does have a pour… what are your thoughts on the feasibility of making any basic espresso art?!? Is that possible ?
Are you on Instagram? Go to videos of mine from 2016. I have a couple there haha!
@@LanceHedrick oh cool! Lol I thought the idea was crazy! Ahaha dope I’ll check them out!
Where did you get these cups?!
Hey! They are called not neutral
Congratulations on your videos! You’re the first I subscribed! Did I understood you correctly? You have ADHD? I have an 8 year old child with ADHD and It’s been a very difficult journey. Glad to see that you succeeded! Any advice you could give me that could help me as a parent of a child with ADHD? Many thanks and all the best!
Hey!
First, you have to realize that having ADHD is actually likely superpower. Neurodivergent people are able to process many things at a higher level simultaneously than most can process a single thing.
Second, you will need to understand that your kid's mind is always going to work differently, so trying to have them "fit in" with the educational styles of others is a big no-no.
For instance, most people with adhd simply cannot prepare things in advance. It isn't laziness- it is a literal mental block. But, our productivity when pressure is on is simply unparalleled.
Medication can be helpful, but it can also be a crutch and/or harmful. That should be mostly up to the kid. Therapy can help, but it should be with someone who isn't trying to "fix" the kid, but someone who will help the kid understand how they process.
Issues arise from frustration of not being understood or of not having someone near them that processes things at their level.
It will be frustrating for you, as it was for my parents, because the typical rules don't apply. You can from long lasting psychological scars if you try to force them into a box of conformity.
TLDR; simply understand that they will process things differently, react to things differently (emotional separation is very common- some say I'm emotionless contra my online personality), and will always feel they need to mask unless they're comfortable. So, let them be themselves and if a school has issues, maybe that school isn't right. Thankfully, information on adhd is more widespread now than when I was a child. I'm only just now figuring brain out.
But don't worry. I never studied, skipped loads of classes, didn't pay attention in school and made out with an above 4.0 GPA, a 35 on the ACT, and a full ride to uni. My parents had to learn to let me do things my way, even if it was weird.
Thank you so so much for your insights! Wish you all the best and success with your ventures!
Obrigado
Absolutely! And my family is about to move to portugal, so we will be learning portuguese very soon. Cheers!
adhd representation 😄💜
Here’s a comment, would love to know where to get these cups!
It is actually a bowl from one of our restaurants (I work for Onyx Coffee Lab)
I wish I have your hands am jealous of you
Swanny swans for days friend?
“You can throw a neck on anything and make it a swan” -Lance Hedrick
Swannns
He said he was going to clap and there would be espresso. Is this him subtlety saying that wasn’t espresso but chocoMilk? ;)
..........we've been found out. Must eliminate lifetiltz
Whappedy day eyyup.
Yo!
"This is a quick tutorial, not exhaustive... so that people with ADHD like me can watch it with one sitting"
LOL not me very happy cause I don't have to adjust the playback speed AMAZING TUTORIAL AS ALWAYS!! (altho im very far from making a swan..)
verging into folded towel 'art' on a hotel bed territory. I mean it's all technically impressive and that but very kitsch.
Swanny Swans
It’s hard to see what you’re doing from that POV. Looks great, tho 👍
I’m making ugly ducklings over here 😂
One word: Manuela Fensore 😎
Thats not one word- that's two words. It is, however, one name. And the name is of the recently crowned WLAC in Milan. Not sure what that has to do with this video at all, though. Lol
At 5 min does anyone get the law and order cvu vibes while it's in slow motion lol
I can make a blob.
Then you can make a bear!
thanks for milk bird show-how
"You can throw a neck on anything and make it a swan" oh really...
Camera angles could be better. Can't really see when you're pouring
Yeah. It's a work in progress. Apologies. Thanks for watching nonetheless!
🦢 If the swan represents happiness, what bird represents true love?
A. The Swallow 🐦
Uh, did I miss an angle shot? Can't see you actually pouring it.
You can't see me pouring the swan? Drat! I'll upload a short with a better angle
